I know this is an old video, but I have all the products for the LOC method. I’m running into feeling the oil in my hair stays after I rinse my hair and it leaves me thinking i should “detox” my hair. I shampoo/condition my hair 2x a week. But after using the oil I feel I need to shampoo my hair everyday. But I’m worried about it drying my hair out. What should I do?

Thank you so much love! So everyone’s hair is different and everyone’s hair needs a certain amount of protein but it varies depending. My hair personally absolutely loves proteins so I can use quite a bit and have wonderful results! So definitely nothing bad happens with the protein in these products!

LOL unfortunately there isn’t really such thing as a normal porosity, density, and strand thickness. But I definitely think it’s really light weight and can work with a lot of different hair types!
