Out come for msc computer science lateral entry (1year from kuk) :- got MASTERS🤗
ICES only delivers hard copy
Important Note:- I completed my ICES process with Adhar card.
ICES process:- 👇
Need to upload on ices :-
1.DMC all semester front back coloured scan pdf
2. Degree certificate front back scan coloured pdf
3. ID.. in our case passport front back coloured scan PDF, nothing else
4. No need to upload back side of the documents if it is blank as per the ices website.
5. Request your University to send your documents by Email.
Not to be worried much about the process as the university might be aware of this process.
Contact your university first and ask about is they are sending transcripts through email or mail.
IF YOUR UNIVERSITY NOT READY TO SEND YOUR TRANSCRIPT ENVELOPE 👇
1.Post it Only from post office inside university
2. Speed post/Registered post ... some people has good experience with DHL too..
Just check with the courier to make sure they should not mention your name or address anywhere and make it look like it has been actully sent from univerisy itself.. N i hope your univerisy have put their address stamp outside envelope..
Note:- Do not mention your name or number on the courier receipt.
Just mention your university name address and contact number...if its already printed on Envelope thn no need to write it again..

8 april:- evaluation in progress
24 april :- evaluation completed
26 april :- i got my eca report which got me master of one year(i did masters of chemistry from kuk-2 years)
( as i am in canada thats why i received my report very soon )

Hi Pooja, I have applied online through ICES watching your video and I’m thankful to you for that. Now I have to apply online for document verification from my University so that they can send my transcripts to ICES. For that they need me to attach ICES form along with my documents. My question is that what kind of form do I need to attach. I asked them and they said you need to fill that Eca form and attach the pdf to the portal. Please help me know about that form and what information do i need to fill.
Its academic record request form..this form is for university use..check on ices website you will find it in forms section..

Hi Pooja, Just came through your video and really find it useful. I have one query though.
I have completed my Masters (MBA) in Distance education from LPU and I did not receive any DMC/ Mark-sheet through out the semesters. They only issued the Academic transcript ( of 4 semesters on one page) along with Degree Certificate at the end of the Course. My question is that if I have to upload those transcripts on ICES as you mentioned as I do not have DMC/ Marksheet or Do i only proceed with Degree certificate ? Please revert asap. Thanks.
Hey Parminder...I dont understand it, why you don't have marksheets. Ask university dear to issue it..visit your university its necessary to upload on portal.
Or you can raise your query with ICES through twitter or email thm.
But my suggestion is visit your university and ask thm to issue.

1. For Express entry we need only higher degree.
2. For PNP try to do evaluate both because some province demands graduation Like SINP.
But I am not so sure about your masters. try to do evaluate both to be on safer side to get masters

No need to send anything..simply apply from university ask thm to send your documents through email to ices..

Means apply from university and now university can send your documents through email it's all because of corona...Otherwise, earlier you had to send the documents by courier.

Hey Pooja, I have a question regarding the last name.
All my education certificates do not have my last name but my passport and other Canadian IDs and documents do. So, should I skip that in the ICES application everywhere, or I can put it in profile creation and skip in 'name on documents' as I might need to show it on the ECA report?

No need to do more..just simply ask your university to send your transcripts directly to ICES through electronically.
If your university has portal to apply thn apply from there no need to visit university. First contact your university to ask how to apply for transcripts.

1. I did my PG Diploma in Management from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. The college has given me only 1 consolidated marksheet for 2 years of study. They do not provide any degree certificate for the course. So, is the marksheet sufficient for evaluation.
2. I did my Bachelor's in Business Administration. I have 3 years marksheet and they have also given degree. So, should I upload only degree or both.
3. What in your opinion PGDM will be evaluated. My college was AICTE approved college.
Hey...There is nothing sure abt masters for pg diploma. U need to send both bachelors n pg diploma to b on safer side. Check iqas website for better understanding of evaluation for indian credentials. There r few institutions from which pg diploma gets u masters eca. Not all.

While you were adding the documents, there is also an option of transcript, so what to do for that? nothimg right, we have upload id, certificate and degree right , and both sides of each document right? If i assess my 2 degrees, will it charge 400 dollars, not 200?

Hey for ICES if document blank from back side thn there is no need to upload back side
Mam consolidated mark sheet is enough for ECA ..... Due to lockdown degree certificate take longs time to get....Plz reply mam
You need marksheet with provisional certificate to apply for transcripts to wes/ces
For other organization you will need original Degree certificate..

Yes all marksheets and degree certificates.
1. For express entry we need only higher degree. (MBA DMC with degree certificate only)
2. For pnp try to evaluate both. BBA +MBA (upload DMC and Degree certificates of BBA+MBA)

Like We have 2 options. 1st ICES from university and 2nd do by our own Online and upload the scanned documents as I have with me ?
You have to need upload first from your side on portal thn apply from university And ask them to send those documents directly to ICES

Hlo mam I did my master degree from india in 2016-17 session and got my sealed stamped transcript for ECA purpose in 2019 ... Now I am in canada I have that sealed stamped transcript same as I got in 2019... So my concern is that can I mail you that transcript from my current canadian address for ECA purpose during process OR I have to apply again for that same transcript ...??plz reply
Rules differ from country to country. For Indian applicants and Indian Universities - it is mandatory that the university send the transcripts. If the applicant sends them, WES simply rejects it.
If the rule is same, then you will have to contact your university in INDIA and ask them to send it to WES.
For IQAS you can send transcripts by self.
Note: Dear ask WES ,IQAS directly on twitter or Email thm.

Simply fill form on ICES and generate Clint number give it to university and apply transcripts from there.
Only Bachelor's + masters enough specifically if completed in a same field for SINP.

Hello. I have completed my MBA(distance) from Jaipur national university and BCOM(distance) from Madras University. I have created ICES for canadian immigration. My universities are ready to issue marksheets to ICES but not sending the degree certificate in a sealed and attested envelope. I have scan copies of degree certificate and marksheets for both. Will ICES assess it without the sealed and attested degree certificate?
2. madame my last name in passport and acads is different, is it required to submit additional name change proof and affidavit to ICES?

Recently few people have reported Wes cancelling their application due to name mismatch as per education documents and name submitted during application. If your name has been changed provide sufficient evidence for that or else file application based on name mentioned as per educational documents.
Post ITA provide one and the same person affidavit or any official document mentioning your both the names e.g. marriage certificate.

Only Masters degree gets Masters degree equivalence.
For BALLB you can try with CES and IQAS to get professional Degree.
Hi Madam, I had processed eca application from wes and shockingly they have considered my MBA 2 years degree as 4 years Bachelors degree as per Canadian equivalency ...so does ices or iqas consider it as Masters Degree? Your inputs and suggestions will be very helpful for me

Go to the website of Ices.. there you will get to download this form in the option of forms.
Only single form need to fill...if your bachelor's and master's from the same university...
This form is only for the university use to apply transcripts..

Ur NOC is 7251, search PNP and for that u need to visit website of each province and see if ur NOC 7251 is in demand apply accordingly. U need to research and also calculate ur CRS score.
You can go for red seal exam and after clearing create your EE profile. Do search on it.

1. Only university can send your transcripts either by email or by post..ICES will not accept official transript sent from the applicant....try send it through electronically or ......
2. if they handed over a sealed envelope to you..just send transcripts from university post office and put University as sender..

Is it safe to select regular mail over courier as ICES don't tell the ECA results over emails so the only way is the hardcopy. So what you suggest is it good to select regular mail which do not have tracking facility ? Please suggest as per experience as it can save 75 CAD for every candidate.
I am also waiting for my outcome with regular mail.My documents reached there on 5th October. Let's see what will happen😝✌
@@poojaattri837 My both bachelor's and master's degree are from different universities and in ICES it is need to be sent by Universities so if both will reach at different times so is there any issue and normally how long ICES takes to evaluate them ?
As per my point of view since you have two different credentials issued from two different universities, you have to request both universities to send emails with official docs attached from their respective email addresses. To check if ICES has received the email, you can send them a query thru email and they'll respond in the next working day or two.

@@poojaattri837 I asked my diploma university to directly email them but they didn’t agree they will just seal it in envelope so I need to post that later :( tho my PU college board agreed to email my transcripts directly to ices

2.Bachelor in computer applications ( 3years)
1.ICES charge per Credential like ($Bachelors 200+ Masters $200)= $400
2. CES charge per Credential like👆ICES
3. IQAS, WES charge all your documents in a single fee.

Hey..I am not sure about outcome as masters for MscIT but I have seen many outcome as masters like MBA(1 year), msc computer science(1 year) So you can try your Luck with ICES (only higher Degree)

How to make pdfs means for example i have my 10 dmc and and 1 degree ...should i make single pdf of 10 dmcs from back and front or different pdfs for individual dmc and degree?

1.make a single pdf for all semester marksheets give thm name like semester 1 semester 2..3...4 etc. And upload under certificate tab.( front back coloured scan)
2. Make separate pdf for degree certificate save pdf with the name Degree certificate ( front back coloured scan )upload under certificate tab
3. I'd seprate pdf (front back coloured scan)
Note:- no need to upload back side of the documents if it is blank as per ices..

Hi Pooja, I've done PGDM from bschool affiliated to AICTE . I had a discussion with a consultancy and was told that PGDM will not be considered as masters and asked me not to go through IQAS and told me to do it through WES.Is it true that PGDM will not be considered as masters ?

1. WES:- If your pgdm is from IIM then yes or otherwise if it's a normal UGC university , No..
2. WES:- If ur institute/university falls under AIU list.Thn chances are high to get master's equivalency
Just google for AIU pgdm list (find your batch year there).All we know is that they could be referring to this list. But nobody is sure..
Otherwise IQAS is better option to try your luck with but first check your PGDM AIU list. (send both of your bachelors and PGDM)
