Title 42 suspends all title 8 laws and authority use to deter and penalize illegal border crossing. The Right is using it to undermine legal asylum under 8 US code 1158. It also suspends 8 US code 1325; the misdemeanor that carries a civil penalty for crossing the border illegally. And 8 US code 1326; stiffer penalties for crossing the border.
That leaves out any legal penalty or deterrent for those crossing and stops legal asylum, with few exceptions under title 42. Makes it difficult to enforce immigration laws when Republicans are fighting in court to undermine our legal enforcement. With title 42 suspending enforcement that means many immigrants recross multiple times causing apprehension numbers to be inflated. The current rate of multiple returns is about 40% of border crossers.
We had a 17 year decline in southern border crossing to the lowest point in 50 years prior to Trump and his polices. By 2019 Trumps policies doubled the number of people crossing the southern border to 977,000 a 20 year high. He only saw a reduction for the first 9 months of 2020 due to covid, before it went back to a 20 year monthly high in October of 2020. It has remained a 20 year high and increasing ever since under Trumps failed policies and Title 42.
I lost my grandson on 11-22-2022 to fentanyl, he was at my house at about 8:30 pm on 11-21-2022 & looked perfectly normal. It was my last time to see him alive as he was gone 5 hours later. I am prepared to spend the rest of my time fighting for him & speaking in front of congress if that's what it takes. I will do my part to drive every politician out of office that wants to sit on their ass and not do a damn thing

I'm just a middle age girl from AZ and I work in Phoenix in an industrial area I'd probably call really ghetto... raging with illegal immigration and trafficking and drugs and an exploding homeless population. Anyway, I ordered a typical horchata drink from a taco restaurant down the street from my work (I ordered that same drink all the time there) and I drank it all the way to the bottom, only to find out that some random rainbow CANDIES were thrown into the bottom of my drink. (No, they weren't "boba" - I know what boba is. I drink boba drinks all the time and I can tell the difference really clearly.) These rainbow candies were too big to fit through a big straw, about the size of a nickel, and were coated in something. These were rainbow gummy candies I have never seen before. This restaurant does not serve these. They never have served these and never have put these in my drinks or anybody's drinks for that matter. Someone deliberately put these in my drink at that restaurant, and I didn't find out until I had already drank it and saw them under the ice.
All I can say is THANK GOD NOTHING BAD HAPPENED TO ME. I threw out the drink as soon as I saw them and didn't eat any of those things. Though yes I probably should've saved it as evidence or something, but it didn't occur to me at the time I probably should've.
Anyway, my mother is a high school teacher and she said that she saw these candies in her training on identifying drugs in the classroom. She believes they're fentanyl and strictly warned me not to buy anything from that restaurant ever again.
I don't blame her... a ton of drug addicts are always hiding out behind that restaurant all day long and making a mess of things over there every day. I haven't seen the police doing anything about it.
So nobody can tell me the drug situation isn't bad. I lived in AZ my entire life (30 years) and things have never been this bad.

Our filthy gvt has been torturing and killing our helpless pets and loved ones, using our devices. Many yrs ago, my little short haired blk and tan mini doxy started having violent seizures every month. We took him to vet aftervet and they gave him meds that didn't help. I changed his diet, changed his water, and nothing helped. Sometimes the seizures were so bad he almost died, and we had to rush him to the vets to save his little life. I always cried and prayed when he had these seizures, because it hurt me so deeply to see my baby suffer so bad. Well, about a yr ago, my husband and I were sitting here in our living room and we heard his cell ph make a strange, hi pitched but quiet noise it never made for any reason, and IMMEDIATELY my dog started having seizures! I have been targeted over 30 yrs and never thought that the sick freaks could be deliberately CAUSING the seizures, BUT THEY WERE! I couldn't believe that someone could be so heartless and cruel that they could do such a horrific thing to a helpless little dog!! But they DID! The seizures stopped that day, and a week later my babydog went BLIND. I was heartbroken AGAIN, to see my bay walk into walls, fall down stairs (till we blocked them) and get lost behind a door or the couch!! HEART BREAKING!! His little organs swelled up inside of his belly, and the vet said it was his pancreas. My baby got very sick a couple weeks before Thanksgiving. He was vomitting, had the runs, and refused to eat for me. He was being SHOCKED every hour, night and day, and neither of us could get much sleep. I busted agents AGAIN, using the speakers on this PC to put out FREQUENCIES, hurting my little boy! I unplugged the speakers and then busted them again, using the built in speakers to emit these dangerous frequencies!! I shut down the pc and could still hear a high pitched whine coming directly from the MONARCH TOWER LLC across the street! My baby got so sick he couldn't even lift up his little head anymore and he died in my arms THANKSGIVING DAY about 4pm. I AM HEARTBROKEN and I miss my babydog terribly! THE SICK FREAKS TORTURED AND KILLED HIM just as the had the three prior to him before I realized what they were doing to us!! They are doing these horrific things to HURT US. They are sick satanist freaks who ENJOY hurting helpless, innocent people and animals that cannot defend themselves! Let me also say that they tested other bioweapons on us as well, which cost the life of my longhaired doxy, and nearly cost my life as well, a couple yrs ago. The sick freaks have put nanotech systems in the shots, masks, tests and swabs, and then using the towers to manipulate and control those systems inside the victims. They are also CAUSING inf, disease, organ damage and death w frequencies! WATCH YOUR DEVICES and keep vol low or off and never sleep near any devices!! These sick freaks MUST be stopped! That leaves out any legal penalty or deterrent for those crossing and stops legal asylum, with few exceptions under title 42. Makes it difficult to enforce immigration laws when Republicans are fighting in court to undermine our legal enforcement. With title 42 suspending enforcement that means many immigrants recross multiple times causing apprehension numbers to be inflated. The current rate of multiple returns is about 40% of border crossers.

We had a 17 year decline in southern border crossing to the lowest point in 50 years prior to Trump and his polices. By 2019 Trumps policies doubled the number of people crossing the southern border to 977,000 a 20 year high. He only saw a reduction for the first 9 months of 2020 due to covid, before it went back to a 20 year monthly high in October of 2020. It has remained a 20 year high and increasing ever since under Trumps failed policies and Title 42.

I find it interesting that most border states voted for those who supported the wall but everybody else didn't if they were in non-border states. Explain that? If Democrats care so much about illegal immigration, why did they fight against the building of the wall? I mean, it's only common sense to support it and continue to improve it rather than take it down or halt its progress. I'd like to ask anybody who lives in the non-border states to see how they like illegal immigrants bringing drugs to their neighborhood and trafficking their children and stealing from their property. Anyway, I lived here 30 years, and it's at its absolute worst here this past year. Just by simple everyday observation.
I worked at the same company for almost 11 years now, at the same building in Phoenix. There are now (trending in the past 2-3 years) a large number of illegal immigrant traffickers and pimps down the street from my work. Meanwhile the police haven't done anything about it. We had a handful of people with fake identities come in recently and try to store thousands of dollars of material at our warehouse, and we caught them and their fake IDs. They were illegal immigrants. We got massive theft in my work area now and drugs galore. And yes these people doing it are illegal immigrants who speak no English and we caught them on camera multiple times and they stole tens of thousands of dollars from the next door companies while also destroying our facilities. I had to move from Phoenix to Peoria because crime became so bad 2 years ago and illegal immigrants were coming into my gated community somehow and shooting up children right down the street from my old house in my old neighborhood. And beating up people at the gas station nearby my old house and walking around with no pants on, high as a kite, swinging knives at random cars passing by at the intersection there. And nobody seems to be doing anything about it. Our prior governor had to declare an emergency at the border only under the Biden admin.
I don't care what someone's statistics say, they can be fake for all I know. I trust my common sense surrounding the necessity of a Trump wall and what my eyes see... and my own personal experiences and that of those I also know and trust who can testify of the same things regarding what else is going on around here.

Maybe you should stop supporting policies that are causing this issue and learn how our laws work. You don't have the ability to use common sense, if you did you would not dismiss facts because they are not the ones you want to hear , and yet so easily absorb right wing propaganda without the need to prove their facts because they are the ones you want to believe .
