Tom Meents + Dennis Anderson = Perfect rivalry in all of motorsports. I remember having the World Finals 11 DVD and me would root for Tom Meents and my sister would root for Dennis Anderson while watching it in my dad's truck! Ah, so many memories.
thank you for my 20 years of my life I have watched you all my life I wouldn't be biggest fan today it wasn't for you two what a great sport to be a part of as a disabled person that means the world!!!!!!!! hope you read this tom and Dennis
These 2 right here, were my heroes growing up. They were so good at what they did it made me want to be like them. I wish I got to meet Tom but I luckily got to meet Dennis and he was the nicest down to earth guy you could meet. Thank you guys for making my childhood, and always giving me something to remember❤️
man as a kid i loved every truck Tom drove. I hated Grave Digger. As an adult I love and appreciate both trucks and every driver that gets in them. Im so glad to have been able to watch Dennis and Tom drive. Now my boy is getting his first few Monster Jams in. It's awesome.
These 22 minute episodes are way too rushed they need to go back to how they did it the first season with 40 minute to an hour long episodes the drivers/guests barely have any time to speak about anything with how rushed this is
@@miketrapper0464 No he's absolutely retired. He doesn't compete in king sling, only ever drives it for special ride truck experiences, not for competition.
Fun fact: This vid is history. We r seeing two men that is the true definition of Monster Jam. These two or not jus icons and legends. No, no these two men are history making men. Witout these two. Monster jam would be completely dif and completely bad. But these two saved and made monster jam what it is and what it means to not only them, but the whole world together. ❤❤❤
Tom Meents and Dennis Anderson were the best drivers ever. Their rivalry was the best part of the sport, Grave Digger and Max D are still the greatest trucks ever in history.
Dennis!!!!!!! Gah I miss that dude. It'd be nice to incorporate him & some behind the scenes at the shop once or twice a year. Like a segment prepping for the WF & some kind of segment 1/2 through the year
I wish i could have seen Dennis compete at a show. I saw Tom Meents in Dayton, Ohio in 2002 & in Indianapolis 2017, 2019 & 2022, but never saw Dennis live at a show. Oh well.
It's the icon, the founder, the creator, and the driver of Grave Digger. Dennis Anderson, the 7-time world finals champion. He won 2 freestyle championships (one of those in 2000 and 2007). and he also won 5 racing championships (one of those in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2010). he won those championships when he drove grave digger (when of the racing championship and freestyle championship in the silver 25th anniversary grave digger in 2007) and he also won the 2012 racing championship in the green chrome 3D 30th grave digger, and he also won the 2012 freestyle championship in the purple chrome 3D 30th anniversary grave digger Happy 20th anniversary, 25th anniversary, 30th anniversary, 35th anniversary, and 40th anniversary to grave digger, and in 2016 was Dennis Anderson's last time driving grave digger and competing in the world finals in samboyd stadium in Las Vegas Nevada. And it's the professor, Tom Meents, the 14-time world finals champion. He won 6 racing championships (one of them in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2009, 2011, and 2012). He also won 6 freestyle championships (one of them in 2001, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2013, and 2022), and he also won 2 championships from the Great clips 2 wheels skills challenge (One of them in 2019, and 2022). He won all those championships in Goldberg, Team Meents, Maximum Destruction, Max D, and Max D Fire, and in 2024, it is Tom Meents's retirement and driving Max D, happy 10th anniversary, 15th anniversary, and 20th anniversary of max d. I loved to see the greatest rivalry in motorsports
tom and dennis, the two godfathers of this sport. LEGENDS.
Agree
Tom Meents + Dennis Anderson = Perfect rivalry in all of motorsports. I remember having the World Finals 11 DVD and me would root for Tom Meents and my sister would root for Dennis Anderson while watching it in my dad's truck! Ah, so many memories.
Same I had the DVD and would watch it all the time
@@rain_josephbyrne I have the world finals 11 dvd as well
I had world finals 6 on DVD that was my favorite one
Dennis Anderson & Tom Meents.
Never forget these 2 legends.
My 2 favorite drivers
Dennis Anderson and Tom Meents forever the best rivalry in monster truck history
Man wish there wasnt a time limit on these. A long format 1 or 2 hours with these two would be incredible.
thank you for my 20 years of my life I have watched you all my life I wouldn't be biggest fan today it wasn't for you two what a great sport to be a part of as a disabled person that means the world!!!!!!!! hope you read this tom and Dennis
Definitely the most famous and perfect rivalry in all motorsports , Grave Digger vs Max-D, Dennis Anderson vs Tom Meents, the icon vs the professor
now we are just missing Scott Douglas
These 2 right here, were my heroes growing up. They were so good at what they did it made me want to be like them. I wish I got to meet Tom but I luckily got to meet Dennis and he was the nicest down to earth guy you could meet. Thank you guys for making my childhood, and always giving me something to remember❤️
8:38 is probably the funniest thing I’ve ever seen ☠️
We had some of the best rivalries in the 90's-2000's
-Rock/Austin
-McGwire/Sosa
-Meents/Anderson

They can’t do that, they broadcast these episodes in mavtv, they don’t have a lot of time to talk about a lot of stuff like before
BRING BACK THE MONSTER JAM 2014 GAME
Dennis and Tom was the greatest freestyle rivalry. As far as racing I still got Bigfoot vs Bearfoot as the best monster truck rivalry of all time.
Honestly, I really think you should let Dennis & Tom compete in one last stadium show, that'd would be so amazing!
That is, if Dennis and Tom are both up for it.
@@Numberguynamed684It would be the greatest thing ever and I’m sure they’d love to. But Dennis is long retired-Dude’s in his 60s now, let him rest.
I know, that's why I added the "That is, if Dennis and Tom are both up for it." comment.
@@eggco.93he isn’t exactly retired, he’s just in the independent circuit driving king sling, not in monster jam anymore
@@miketrapper0464 No he's absolutely retired. He doesn't compete in king sling, only ever drives it for special ride truck experiences, not for competition.

Awesome guys. True Legends of the sport....
Gordon VS Earnhardt, Meets vs Anderson. The rivalrys that went deeper in the fan base than between the guys
Tom Meents and Dennis Anderson were the best drivers ever. Their rivalry was the best part of the sport, Grave Digger and Max D are still the greatest trucks ever in history.
Hands down the best video.
Monster jams greatest rivalry indeed to legends and icons in the same room still brings those chills

I love the Goldberg days!
First for the MJ fans
They never show enough of pre 2000. Meents was a threat back in the mid to late 90's and it's just never acknowledged.
Backstory to the famous world finals 2 encore at 10:59
I like monster jam
Nobody’s better than Dennis Anderson
Tom meents
