Fixing My EZGo Golf Cart New Fuel Pump, Cleaned the Carb and it Runs!

After picking up this 1986 EZ Go Marathon golf cart I decided to see if i could get it running! Starting with the basics we wanted to make sure the engine turned over and after a jumping the battery it did no problem! Then we moved on to the fuel side of things. This Golf cart has a 2 stroke engine that has had the oil supply deleted and no requires the fuel and 2 stroke oil to be mixed. We pulled the carb apart and gave it a cleaning but we missed the valve that allows fuel to be fed into the bowl. We replaced the fuel pump to verify the ez go marathon golf cart was getting fuel. This lead us to find out the carburetor was still not getting fuel into the bowl. After cleaning this valve we were able to get the golf cart to run great! It still needs some things but it worked out awesome and now I have a running and driving golf cart!
