Athletes will compete against their gender in a linked race between the C2 machines. We will have a short reset between each athlete on the team. All six team members' times will be added for the total team time.

Pistols
Athlete must balance on foot. Second foot may not touch the floor. Athlete must perform a one-legged squat with hip descending below the knee, stand up with hip and knee extended, under control. Athlete may hold leg with hand. Leg must remain in front of other leg. Set ends when athlete sets other foot on the floor. Multiple attempts allowed within 1:00 window.
Strict Deficit HSPU
Athlete must start with hands on the floor in front of red/blue mat
Athlete will walk hands onto plates
Athlete touches head to the mat, then returns to support position with arms locked out and head pushed forward through the “window”
Top Ring Support
Athlete will balance on top of rings for as long as possible. Elbow bend allowed, but shoulders may not descend below elbows or top of rings

Rope Climb
Climb rope until tape line is touched by one hand
Drag Rope Double Unders
The rope must pass under the feet twice per jump. Drag ropes will be provided.
Shoulder to Overhead
The rep starts with the bar in the front rack.
Any style of shoulder to overhead is allowed as long as the barbell is in line with the middle of the body when viewed from profile with the knees, hips, and arms at extension with the feet in line.
Ring Muscle Up
Athlete must pass from a hanging position with arms extended into a support position with elbows extended
