You can really see how to do it here. Just landed my first flicked one (after learning the pressure hardflips) a few days ago and gotta say it's the most interesting flicked flip trick out there
There is no such thing as a pressure hardflip. A frontside pressure flip is the same movement as a hard flip, done just with the rear foot. But it's not "pressure hardflip". Also, interesting progression. I do hard flips and pressure flips, but I can't even imagine doing a fs pressure flip.
