@@carlymara88 Unless it is the number 1 and best way to die. Which also has been proven that has happened many times. And that is dying after sex and as the show said when it did that clip, what a way to do. As well as that is the only one that has truly been proven to happen

I think they make the show where you don't feel bad for the one dying. There's always something about the person whether they're a murderer, a pervert, an a-hole, a drug dealer, etc. so you don't feel bad for them.

Voltage: 2000V won't kill if there aren't enough amps backing it up. Too high voltage isn't good either as that may cause skin effect, that is, amps traveling near/on the surface of a conductor. Homes fitted with RCD's are much safer nowadays, be it 110, 220 or 400V.

My uncle broke 3 fingers on an old window when the rope broke on the cast iron counter weight and it came down on his hand (mid 80s). To this day, the window is still held up with a piece of wood.
Looking at this show now it’s just hilarious one in one thousandths chance the deaths would actually happen. When this show was around those deaths both disgusted and terrified me
some of these deaths have happened before but the show just dramatized them or modernized them as some have happened 100 years or more ago. However one way to die that the show did show was the number one and best way to do which was proven true only a few years before the came on. The number 1 way to die was just after sex and what a way to go.

I think the Sprinkler scared me the most when I was a kid because my brothers used to watch this show and I couldn’t even stay in the room but I did see the Xray for that Scene 🎬 😂 it made me wanna stay away from Yoga balls at the Gym

The window guillotine reminded me of my own experience --
I lived in a very old house decades ago that had heavy wooden windows that needed to be propped up with a piece of wood like that.
One night, the cat had pushed the screen out on the bathroom window, and I had to raise the window all the way up to reach through and re-seat the screen. That meant that the board wasn't holding the window up, just friction, and it was actually quite tight. Unfortunately for me, I bumped the window when I pulled my arms back through, and it suddenly dropped -- directly onto all eight of my fingers, leaving only my thumbs sticking out.
I didn't make a sound -- yeah, it hurt just a tad.
The more pressing issue, though -- besides the window crushing my fingers -- was that I lived alone, out in the back '40', and even if I could have yelled loud enough for any of the distant neighbors to hear me, the window and the bathroom door were now both firmly shut (door blocked the window when open). Yeah, no one would be saving my ass -- not even that damn cat.
With my fingers trapped facing down, I couldn't get any leverage to lift the window -- heck, I wasn't even sure my fingers weren't completely crushed to a pulp, given that the window appeared to have seated fully into its frame.
So, -- if you have bothered to read this far -- how did I manage to escape this predicament?

Just kidding . . . the answer was Thumbs.
Using my thumbs, and my rather high tolerance for pain, I forced my thumbs up against the window, and while pressing against the wood, also pushed down on the window sill with the palms of my hands. It was a slow, agonizing process, but I gradually managed to very slowly slide the window up just enough to finally free my fingers. Luckily, they were still intact, but damn did they turn lovely shades of blue. Were any bones broken? No idea -- I was very poor and had no medical insurance, so I just checked for anything obvious, and when I didn't find it, let it go.

It’s interesting you brought the electric chair, because I’ve been wondering for some time: are there any prisons that use the electric chair anymore? Usually, now, whenever I hear about the death penalty, it’s lethal injection.
Three states still use the electric chair as a primary method, those being Alabama, South Carolina, and Florida, with three others (Arkansas, Kentucky, and Tennessee) use it as an alternate method for those sentenced to death prior to a specified date. In fact, the last time it was used was in February 2020, in Tennessee
