Excellent video. Always enjoy watching you bowl. If I was a coach, your game would be one of the ones I would show students about balance, rhythm, and a free arm swing. Also, please do a video on your transition to a higher track; it would be awesome. Thanks.
Aww thanks so much. It's been a work in progress 🙏 Looks like some others are asking for the same thing, so I'll plan to record something within the next few weeks :) thanks!
As a newer bowler with a good foundation of bowling; you explain everything so thoroughly. I really appreciate your side talking points like what causes a 7-10, why you’re leaving a 10 pin/ways to adjust off of it. Its extremely helpful!
maybe you're a full-roller and need to consider a pin down by the thumb layout... Your proshop person could probably definitively tell if this is the case...My dad tracks sometimes where it seems like he could be, and other times the track doesn't seem that way, so I understand that it may not be cut and dry
@@michaeljamrozy4299 I'm a one hand no thumber high speed high rev. But honestly I don't even care about that any more. My fingers fit and the ball moves how I want it.
Great video! I really like how you can break down the difference of balls that are so similar. It can be really hard for people to suss out this on their own, especially when you can only drill one. It might be really great if you could point out what type of bowler might match up with each ball. Would a speed dominant player like the hazmat vs a rev dominant player liking the GB a little more?
Oh yes, great point, Joe! Thanks for bringing this up. It really depends on a lot of things....especially the pattern people are bowling on. These 2 balls in particular would be great for all bowlers, especially if they're bowling on a little more volume. My husband, whose rev rate is almost 500, would benefit from this ball as much as I do with a rev rate of barely 300 😊 And hopefully they'll be able to see the comparison overall!
Maybe the "boomier" shot that you were surprised, that it almost seemed assymetric, that could be the high-flare in the oil (being lower rg and high diff)
I mentioned in a comment on another video about Hitter solid vs Hitter pearl comparison which would be great. But, it would also be cool to look at Vaporize vs Hitter pearl too. Keep up the great videos! These direct comparisons are so nice to see and so relatable for league bowlers on a budget. I have the Hitter solid (great piece for me on the fresh) but am torn between the Hitter pearl and the Vaporize for transition as I move left. I am thinking the Vaporize would bet more responsive to friction, but have no way of really knowing.
Hey Ray, thanks for the comment! I wrote your other request down and I'm working on it! I think I'm going to be able to compare the Hitter Pearl with the Envy Tour and can include the Vaporize as well. I've been doing a lot of comparisons with the vaporize lately, so stay tuned :)
The hammer effect isn't even comparable to either of these 2....hammer effect is an Asymmetric pearl and these 2 are symmetric solids. These 2 are rolly and smooth, hammer effect goes long and is snappy (quick response)
I have the hazmat. it's an awesome bowling ball bowling ball. the best ball in my bag. My nick names for bowling is hooker or left turn Claude. You have best you tube videos. Thanks
hahaha I love this. I haven't had nails/nail polish on my nails since the channel started; this was the first time....I put on a set of color street nails and they lasted pretty well! I had long nails, but the nail polish destroys them, so now they're short again haha. I do keep my bowling finger nails short though otherwise they'll break upon release.
I bought a new mic, but this was recorded last week....doing the best we can :) and we edited out the sound of the ball hitting the lane and the pins because it can get obnoxiously loud and staticky.

🥹 thank you so much!! I appreciate your comment - it keeps me going when obstacles come that make it harder for me to keep recording and posting💓
💛💛 always looking forward to your videos!
🥰 I'm so glad. Thanks for being here!
Thanks for the 🔥 content. This is helpful for those of us trying to finalize our league arsenals.
Thank you!! and yesss I'm actually writing an article for the BTM on ball motion and what I'll have in my bag for league.
Video on how and how much you raised your track, please. I need it!😊
Will do!
I agree, I spent the better time of a year trying to get my track on track. I mean it's still inverted but it doesn't cover the fingers anymore.

@@newbloodink I was just bowling with a guy that closely resembles how you describe yourself. He has full-roller layouts on his balls
It's insane how much work you can put into your release! Sounds like you're getting it figured out though.

That would make sense!
Love all your videos Valerie! Just wanted to know what you worked on to get your track to get closer? That's something I want to work on too.

How do these 2 balls compare to the hammer effect as well as the summit ascent? Thank you.

@@bowlwithVALue are these 2 balls normally preferred to something like a hammer effwct for 1st game house shot league play?

Hahaha that's awesome!! I love the Hazmat balls so far - they seem really versatile. and thanks so much!
Girl.. I have to ask.. how in the h*** do you have nails and bowl so good?!?
Any tips/tricks would be much appreciated.

Some problems with the audio. Otherwise, everything is excellent.
I bought a new mic, but this was recorded last week....doing the best we can :) and we edited out the sound of the ball hitting the lane and the pins because it can get obnoxiously loud and staticky.
One possible way to fix the audio is to mix a camera mic and lav mic in editing. Audio for video is not always easy ;-).
I've thought about that option! if this next one is a flop, ill try that!
