Oh my gosh im like the exact same way when it comes to discord. all the times i acutally wanna voice chat in servers the vcs are purely just barren wastelands. and then when there's like more than 6 people it gets to a point where i get so stressed about talking over others i just end up being dead silent. im the same with that little hospital part as well, i cant even look at needles going into anyone's skin im so squeemish. so i usually ask for a countdown whenever im getting shots or anything like that. I know this is a pretty old vid but my point still stands, keep up the great work Chipflake!
I don’t have anxiety, but i do have fear of being miserable, disapointing, and just not being able to construct a good life, whaddling in sadness as the people i know and love DIE, and thus being a failure... i constantly am in fear of just messing things up... i sometimes feel like i fail to be good at things, wanting to give up.

I hate the fact that this was my childhood and my parents where adamant i was just shy and forced me to do shit i was totally uncomfortable doing. And only know i recognize that i have anxiety.

But that is one of the methods used to help social anxiety, it's called exposure therapy. Usually done on people with mild cases
