@@keyonnesbit576 you talking about the 20yr reissue? I bought a pair the first month they dropped. I don't understand how anyone can wear them without having 20 pair of socks on. No tung straps and the opening is huge. The pair I got from vans also had obvious signs of wear as there no tags, already laced up and pieces of gravel in the bottoms of the soles. I wanted to talk so much shit on Vans website for that but restrained. I just keep them on display because I walk right out of them.
@DXRK0 i would love to skate new thin shoes youngin... just one problem... i got hobit feat bro... my big ass thicc man feet dont fit in them kiddy shoes... if i wear vans or even slim accels, my Peggy Hill feat just wont fit lol
the Emerica Reynolds 1....the toe cap had so much grip it was ridiculous, I loved that they used a small little wrap around the heel with the same material that was used on the toe cap, and they were by far the longest lasting kicks that I ever skated. I remember i had waist high heel flips on flat ground with em. I must have destroyed 15+ pairs.
This shoe first came with a gel patch in the heel. Was like skating on clouds when you would jump off shit. Still to this day the best feeling skate shoe I’ve skated 20+ years later
My favorite skate shoe of all time was the Emerica Reynold 3. the flick for both heelflip and kickflip tricks was insane. i also loved the Vans Chukka Low. again, just the perfect skate shoe. such a good flick.
I wear fallen shoes too. I wanted to see if they had midtop shoes, bc I don't like the way high tops feel and would rather not wear lowtops if I can help it, so I got some fallen Tremont mids. They actually feel perfect, but what I hate is that the tongue doesn't have a loop to lace through it so the tongue doesn't go to the side.
Those were great shoes. I loved the diamond at the top hole because I always leave the top open, so that was dope. I had so many different colors and the all tan one's were my favorite ones.
loved them. They were my first vulcs i think. Distinctly remember the difference in board feel from the puff shoes of that era. Learned sw flips and nollie flips in one day from those shoes cuz of that board feel.
Adio Kenny Anderson 2s for me. I really liked Braydon's pro model for Emerica too. I've still seen nothing like the janoski wave though when I was younger. I'd have to imagine, just by numbers, that's the most popular shoe and probably most well regarded.
Well, as a 55 year old skater I guess I’ve gone through a few, leaving aside og vans and converse, I guess for me we went through a phase of all just skating various Airwalks, in particular Bruisers. Not the best for feel but seemed to last ages. Then Vision Streetwear suede high. When the newer generation shoes came out for me, my overall favourite of all time was the e’S Koston 3, in red and white. I loved those things. Nowadays I’m rocking the new Ishod which are so nice.
I used to love the Airwalk Vics back in 80s. Never had a pair (I had the all black 540°F's) but they were amazing. Shame the full wraparound lace saver seemed to cease existence in skate shoe design for decades, as I spent most of my skate life after that dealing with ripped laces and kickflip holes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The Koston 3 Hyperfeel is a goat level shoe. It really feels like an extension of your foot, the boardfeel is unparalleled, the outer barely rips, super responsive. All around great show.
I was going to say the k3 is the best I ever had, but it might be because I was at the height of my skateboarding ability when I had them or the shoes were just sick. It probably was just the shoes that made me better, that's depressing
Stefan Janoski SB's were hands down one of the best skate shoes I have ever owned, hold up well against flips, age well, feels good to skate, nice to walk in and honestly can't think of a negative.
Top 3 skate shoes of all time in no particular order: 1. Emerica Ellington (preferably red/grey OR dark brown/light brown colorways) LEGENDARY SHOE FROM ELLINGTON! 2. IPath Cats (preferably black or the brown/orange colorway) 3. Es Accels Honorable mention: Osiris D3 (strictly for durability, not looks)
IPath Cats! Those were legit some of the most comfortable shoes ever. I never skated much in mine but I had a friend that loved skating them. 2003 was a cool time to be a skater
First ever favorites were the Es Arto's, then Es Accels, but all time I gota say Emerica Reynold 3s. You could skate those RIGHT out the box and they still lasted! They had sick color ways and style. The Boss Emerica had his stuff dialed in! I'd wear them right now still if I could find some. Halfcabs are great too!
I got 4 brand new pairs im holding on , got the red baker 1s and 1 of the last blue g6’s that was a hard colorway to find , and then a normal teal and a cloudy baby blue/black pair, all size 9/9.5
Supra Ellingtons... The only shoes I ever kept after retiring them from skating. When the supra team came around for a demo at my local park I brought them and had the whole team sign them. Fond memories.
I really think my all around favorite has been the OG Adidas Busenitz. Comfort, style, great board feel. Also the Half Cab, OG Rowley and many different Lakai.
Fallen trooper has been my daily driver for years. Break in fast and fit like a sock if you get the suedes, and hold up all right. The tread wears down a little fast.
Nike air zoom FC SB Inter Milan. I skated these around 2006 and I just remember them being incredibly comfortable and I felt like I could feel the board really well in them.
wow i totally forgot about those. I had 2 pairs back in the day, they were awesome. skated one pair, and wore the other pair to school. do you if nike ever re issued that shoe? or if u can buy them anywhere aside from ebay where they are like $300?
1. Koston 1 Es 2. Natas' Vita 3. Rowley's first Vans 4. Muska 1 Es 5. Kirchart's Emerica I associated these with my progression of my skating back in the day. Tried loads of other shoes but these def have some specific memories to go with them. PS: they should bring back those Natas' Vita shoes, one of the freshest skate shoes ever.
Over many years of skating... my personal favs: 1. Half Cab 2. Es Sal 23s 3. Airwalk - 540s 4. Vans- Mike Carroll 5. Airwalk Enigma 6. DC - Mike Carroll 7. Adidas- Busenitz (Vulcanized version) 8. DC - Lynx 9. Nike SB Zoom Blazer 10. Etnies Rap
Lakia had these pro series model shoes early 2000s. With like a insert that was made of spandex and it hugged your foot inside the shoe. It was soo dope they felt amazing
I got a prototype shoe using the tech from a "big brand", and you are so right, amazing feel. I got some feedback and it turns out its just Unprofitable to use this tech in a skate shoe, each pair sold would cost money, I threw the last pair away in 2007..........
I used to go to Loma Vista hardware skate shop in KC every week when I was a kid. Best skate shop I have ever been to. RIP. 😩 That just brought back so many good memories.
How the Rowley Classic didnt make the video is wild.... That shoe sells out every time its reissued. Every time... It also Truly paved the way for Vans to start creating all the similar shoes they now have. The TNT series took on the Rowley classic vibe after the shoe left the scene, then each skater's shoe after was like a copy of the Rowley with tweaks here and there.
No question 92' Half Cabs...Over thirty years and running what tops that... Half Cabs to skateboarding is what Independent trucks are to skateboards... Half cabs are the perfect balance between not too thin, and not too bulky, not super low top, not super high top, waffle gum sole, pig skin suede, Built super strong but with superior flexibility. Super durable toe cap, awesome color ways, high impact insoles. The first signature skateboarding shoe ever... And still selling... It's such a good shoe they named a trick after it... It's literally the Air Jordan Retro 1 of skateboarding🤘🏻💀🤘🏻
Adidas Busenitz pro with cup sole.. I will be 45 in a few months and skated with quite a few different brands and never ever will change since i skated with the Busenitz. Everyone is different and has a different shape of foot.
The Guy Axion Aries I wore out so many. The blue on baby blues and the red, white, and blues were great too. Loved the feel and all the dope colorways. Also eŚ Accels, Halfcabs, Sal23, DC Lynx, and I really liked the Koston 2's as well. I started in '95 and I miss that era, from the 90's early 2000's skate shoes are my favorite. Also the OG Duff KCK'S were so dope with the white and gum sole.
When it comes to style, comfort and flick, it has to be the OG éS Koston 3 shoe for me, in the royal blue/white or red/white colorway. Skated these when they came out back in '99-2000, and really wish they would retro these. 🔥🔥🔥
@@driftlessskater5475 I don't know how they feel like on foot, but the look is defenitely off for me. You can tell they tried to breathe new life into the K3, but they look like a cheap Chinese knock-off. Instead of keeping the dimensions and lines of the OG one... 😞😖
Converse Cons and Jordan 1's were awesome but super old school. I could get two pair of Jordan 1's from Copeland Sports for $65 and they were awesome for skating.
Surprised not much of the Airwalk 1s in the comments. Maybe not the greatest but definitely one of my favorites from my era of skateboarding. Haven’t skate any of my Tiago 1010s yet but they’re mad comfortable in my casual use.
My pick is the ipath Kenny Reed low that looked like Air Force Ones in soft brown suede with the crisscrossed baseball stitching on the heel, rubber ipath quarter logo inlay, white foxing, and gum rubber sole.
They need to get Kerry on here ASAP. I bought a pair of Getz 1s from chomponkicks two years ago. 20 year old shoes I bought for 360 bucks lol. No regrets though.
Guy Mariano’s first Axion white/yellow/blue (they just reissued it) was a tough shoe, the KCK Duffs blue with gum sole, i love the Jamie Foy NB (I have 11 pair of different color ways), the first Appleyard shoe Black with gum sole, any shoe from ES in the mid 90s, I also had a couple pair of Dukes but I’d always blow them out super quick, the Koston 1s, I never liked any of the DC shoes because they were just too bulky for me, no DVS either. I had a couple pair of the Mark Johnson shoe, and atleast 3 pair of the KCK Axions (the Brown with gum and the white with clear sole were my favorite). The Guy Mariano 2 but Black and red and the tan that you showed a picture of were my going out shoes because I never skated them. Good episode fellas
My all time most comfortable skate shoe was the eS mccrank ones. The rowley shams were also up there. And the first adidas Lucas Puig. Currently the adidas Puig.
Koston 1 and Jerry hsu mid for osiris were by far my favourite of all time for actual skating not appearance. I had 4 or 5 pairs of the es k1 cuz I was able to return and get a new pair 4 or 5x due a national stores policy at a time were I cudnt afford em.
Still skate Globes to this day, the Tilt and Fusion Globe shoes remain insanely durable and honestly don’t get enough love because they are “Fat Boy’s”! Kenny Anderson V2 and the Adio Bam shoes were my favorite back when though. I miss the Adio brand!
I think most vans designs are timeless. My favorite shoe of all time has to be the vans oldskool. Its a design that no matter what trends come and go, they still remain popular. So many colorways and collaborations using the design over the years. Another favorite of mine is the chukka low. Simple design similar to the chukka boot, but very comfortable. I never owned a pair but also the halfcabs will always be iconic. It was such an innovative design at the time. Cab said on this show even, he got it to happen because people were cutting his high top model and tapping it to have that mid top look
The 2nd version of the Emerica Reynolds and I'm not partial towards Andrew he's like 6- 8 in my top ten and its not even my style. Idk how or why i was wearing that shoe in like 2002/03 or whenever. But that shoe was just solid af. I just remember it being light, Hella durable and fitting perfectly
Koston 1 was the best! DC Howard, kareem kicks, Sal23 and the Adio kenny also. Lakai Soca, Manchester and the Telford low... but the koston 1 had the best feeling of all
D3's for me are a shoe I think is really cool but I'd feel like a complete fool wearing them lol (my fav pair of skate shoes ever were the OG Adio Arenas, so sick and comfy!)
Of the shoes that I had over the years - my all time favorites were the Osiris Flux, Adio Kenny Andersons, Circa AL202, any of the rowley XL models, and the forgotten DC Danny Way Aerotechs (shoutout to ipath grasshoppers too)
Considering that Hours is Yours just released, Im picking up my pair of Black/Grey Bryan Hermans. I believe this shoe may just be the best shoe ever made... Cant wait to see!! :)
The CM 901’s in BLACK! If you got a photo in them with the flash on they had a reflective effect which looked sick and I always kept my pipe in one and weed in the other. One of my all time favorites.
Surprised that I haven’t seen anyone mention Janoski’s. Those aren’t my favorite, but I remember there were a bunch of skaters who only skated Janoski’s for years.
If I owned a skate shoe company I am hiring Steezus for sure. This is one of the things I first learned about the guy after seeing videos and interviews with him. Dude loves his kicks.
Loma Vista Hardware, what a blast from the past. You really felt like you knew the secret when you were there. The prices were super reasonable, and there was always a VHS playing down there. I remember getting the Black Cat video and a Maple board there; that was the beginning.
The shoes with the straps were HOT in the early 2000s also, the DC Avatars, the Ipath Grasshoppers. The straps kinda hanging off the side looked sick back in fhe day
For me: original XLT Vans Rowley,Reynolds 3, Es Koston 1, Nike sb Koston, Chris Haslam The sabatoon( my favourite of all times I had 3 pairs ), and modern times. Probably DC Infite( currently sitting on 7 pairs).
I own Es Accel slims Accel slim plus Accel OG Symbols Silo EOS (J Kwon color way) All I need is the Evant, Quattro, and Swift All because Kelly, I ONLY skate Es
@@joe.nail1 So I personally liked the Accel OG best, but I would say Silo. Symbols look amazing but they’re not as comfortable as all the others. They’re all cup sole except EOS. Just know that they are almost all fat shoes that need a couple sessions to break in. But I couldn’t have a better recommendation than Es. I have plantar fasciitis on my pushing foot, and these shoes nearly take it away
Old Mill Pine was a small hardware store in a town called West Pittston Pennsylvania. Same story, in the 80s and 90s you would go to the hardwarestore and go down in basement to skate shop. Great memories and my Corey Obrien Purgatory Santa Cruz came from there.
So, so many great shoes were listed! Honestly for me it's a bit hard to say which were my faves while skating. When I first got on the scene, I wore a pair of DC Spartan Highs (Which were a size too big for me but I was a dumbass back then) I loved them. Then I got experimental and tried Pumas (Not even the suede! Was just a random puma shoe) I skated in it, wasn't bad wasn't the best but it felt cool. When I got into Vans, I plugged in a lot of time wearing the Chukka lows. I tried Nike SB Dunks (Years ago before they are where they are now) and they felt cool but to me something was not quite right about wearing a swoosh. I tried AJ 1s, they had decent grip but a hefty price tag was a real no-no. Converse I had the worst luck in because of the sizing but, when I found my true size, I quickly fell in love with a pair of Cons Star Players. Though, Lakai for me holds a special place in my heart because I wore a pair of them on my high school graduation. It was a pair of Lakai Griffins (Orange and grey colorway) Everyone else had dress shoes but I was the one who came in with sneakers.
Currently rocking sb dunk lows and etnies marana. Peeping the Tom Penny Es' OG accel, idk though. But back in the day??? Nike SB Zoom Tre AD Emerica Kirchart 4 Adio Kenny Anderson V2 Budget honorable mentions from Wal Mart: Mike McGill Air Speeds before they changed their old logo. Lasted forever and were so comfortable. Ocean Pacifics didnt last long, but super comfortable and learned a few new tricks when i had them. I've had adio, emerica, vans, circa, fallen, etnies, lakai, dc, dvs, nike, but the ones listed above made an impression. My only regret is not trying to skate some Ipaths. They didnt look like theyd be good for skating, but they looked comfortable.
My favourite is honestly the Nike SB Janoski. I like the Board feel. They're like the old Vans as well but I like them better as they're more light weight. I grew up with huge DC's and stuff in the 90's (although I had some old school vans as well) I don't know why I didn't just skate the Vans looking back though, Those big 90's shoes were so cumbersome.
Black and white color way Eric Ellington's! The only pair I kept from circa 2004 or 5ish. Soles are gone sides and toes are barely hanging on, laces pieced together and still pull them out every once in awhile to just look at them.
Gotta say I’m surprised tyshawn’s shoe not getting more recognition. Literally such a great looking shoe and has in my opinion a great balance between board feel me protection. Not to mention durability is far better than the average skate shoe. Top3 for sure
I started skating in like 98-99 and I love all the classics talked about here. The Mark Johnson’s 1 and Reynolds 2. Then I skated vans classics for a while. They looked great but had no support or sole and killed my feet but I was young and didn’t care. Good times
I rode with Half Cabs for decades until Vans released the AVE Pro. Now that's all I ever wear when I ride. That steel-shanked, Superwaffle sole and the overall design is a perfect skate shoe, imo.
Ellington II were the best pair I ever had. That shape just gave me so many tricks and consistency I never had before or after. That was the highest point of skating for me.
my favorite skate shoes of all time are (in no particular order) 1.) Reynolds 3s in leather (with the studs lol), 2.) janoski og’s in suede, 3.) vans chima pro 1 in suede. Prolly throw in the es Koston 3's too i had them in white and orange and i was super hyped to have them on my feet as a kid.
Surprised they did not mention the Etnies Natas Kaupas. Those were the shoe to have back in the day. I think Rodney had those on in the first plan b video as well. Now the big thing not mentioned about the Kostons is those I believe were the first skate shoe that had an air sole in them. I had so many pairs of those.
Nike SB PRod 1, was my fav, but too many to name…DC Lynx, eS accel, Vans half cabs, Vision street wear, Airwalk plus, Cons chuck taylors, soooo many!!!
Original Rowley XLT model. Wore out in a few weeks, but man they were the right balance between padding and feel, the correct sole, and og style
Those were my first real skate shoes back in the 6th grade
New Rowleys are fire aswell
@@graalcloud literally same. Same grade too lol. 2001 6th grade. We're old now boy.

The Sals dude ❤️

Sal 23 by far!
Only right answer.
Sals ALLLLL DAY
its an easy answer for me... eS OG Accels... hands down no question, they are the most dependable and versatile skate shoe design ever

I got a prototype shoe using the tech from a "big brand", and you are so right, amazing feel. I got some feedback and it turns out its just Unprofitable to use this tech in a skate shoe, each pair sold would cost money, I threw the last pair away in 2007..........
Yes sir they just brought those back in the Cambridge model love them
Back then, Lakai's were only really sold in ccs. They were the mythical skate shoes for me as a teen that I always wanted but could never get.
The olive drab green bam audios for low tops and tan canvas ipaths for high tops were my faves back in the early 2000s
I used to go to Loma Vista hardware skate shop in KC every week when I was a kid. Best skate shop I have ever been to. RIP. 😩 That just brought back so many good memories.
16:27 had that exact pair/color way of HuF’s , wish I could find them again ! …and Daewon 3’s ( you can barely find a pic of those these days!)
Marc Johnson’s original Emerica shoe. All black with gum bottoms
Templeton's for me but MJ is close CLOSE second
Na probably the koston 1
@@JS21810 definitely up there in popularity. I feel like everyone had those.
OG accels we’re my favorite for skating, but the red/grey and red/white Erik Ellington Emerica’s were my grail shoe. I loved that shoe so much.
4:58 who can relate 😂
Sorry mom and thank you for being my first sponsor 🤘🏽
20:11: I had the exact same one. Best one I ever had. Still rocking és to this day!
Steezus busting out the actual shoe name was hilarious
How the Rowley Classic didnt make the video is wild.... That shoe sells out every time its reissued. Every time... It also Truly paved the way for Vans to start creating all the similar shoes they now have. The TNT series took on the Rowley classic vibe after the shoe left the scene, then each skater's shoe after was like a copy of the Rowley with tweaks here and there.
As a retired street skater kid I can say the Jamie Thomas Fallen’s were my fav 🖤
Everyone is different and has a different shape of foot.
eS Koston 3s. That shoe was amazing. Grey with the white soles and black with the white/red soles... So clean and had flick for days.
Sal 23’s, DC Boxers, Airwalk One were all good to skate, clean simple and before all the techy ridiculousness
🔥🔥🔥
The Evants are similar and what I’ve been skating, but they are not quite the same.
@@driftlessskater5475 I don't know how they feel like on foot, but the look is defenitely off for me. You can tell they tried to breathe new life into the K3, but they look like a cheap Chinese knock-off. Instead of keeping the dimensions and lines of the OG one... 😞😖
@@nicolasgoossens I think they legally can’t reissue them. None of the Koston line.
Looks wise I'm surprised no one is talking about the DVS Kerry getz 3s. I bought three pair of the red/blacks in 2006. Such a good looking shoe.
Yo they were good I had the green and greys and they got stolen off my door step as a teenager 😂
They need to get Kerry on here ASAP. I bought a pair of Getz 1s from chomponkicks two years ago. 20 year old shoes I bought for 360 bucks lol. No regrets though.
I had the OG Kerry Getz shoes in 2002-2003 in grey/white. Easily one of my favorite shoes ever
My friend LOVED the Es McCrank shoes. He had a brown leather pair that he kept shoe gooing
@@RevanMartinez I’ve seen the Stevie Williams remakes out. Wishing they’d do the same for the McCrank. Classic shoe goo 😆
The first Bryan Herman's and the Reynolds 2's will always be my favorites!
Koston 1 and Jerry hsu mid for osiris were by far my favourite of all time for actual skating not appearance. I had 4 or 5 pairs of the es k1 cuz I was able to return and get a new pair 4 or 5x due a national stores policy at a time were I cudnt afford em.
Those Hsu’s skated sooooo good!!! Those and the DC reason we’re my faves
1.Adio Kenny Anderson
2. es Koston 2
Used to skate a lot of Globes back in the day, Gershon Mosleys and CT-IV
Still skate Globes to this day, the Tilt and Fusion Globe shoes remain insanely durable and honestly don’t get enough love because they are “Fat Boy’s”!
Kenny Anderson V2 and the Adio Bam shoes were my favorite back when though. I miss the Adio brand!
The SAL 20/23 was my favorite
1. Koston 1 eS w/ gum soles
2. Vans Old Skool
3. Nike Dunk
That colorway Chris doesn't recognize is 100% the Appleyard shoe. I would droll over them in CCS
Surprised that I haven’t seen anyone mention Janoski’s.
Those aren’t my favorite, but I remember there were a bunch of skaters who only skated Janoski’s for years.
Half Cab, is the longest lasting for a reason. Best shoe all around, even if you don’t skate they are amazing and if you do they are Perfect.
YOOOOOO I've had these Jeron's 36:52 I was so stoked when my uncle got them for me exactly this colorway too
what a flashback
If I owned a skate shoe company I am hiring Steezus for sure. This is one of the things I first learned about the guy after seeing videos and interviews with him. Dude loves his kicks.
Expect anything otherwise?
Loma Vista Hardware, what a blast from the past. You really felt like you knew the secret when you were there. The prices were super reasonable, and there was always a VHS playing down there. I remember getting the Black Cat video and a Maple board there; that was the beginning.
The shoes with the straps were HOT in the early 2000s also, the DC Avatars, the Ipath Grasshoppers. The straps kinda hanging off the side looked sick back in fhe day
Avatars and matecas were my favorite DCs
For me: original XLT Vans Rowley,Reynolds 3, Es Koston 1, Nike sb Koston, Chris Haslam The sabatoon( my favourite of all times I had 3 pairs ), and modern times. Probably DC Infite( currently sitting on 7 pairs).
My favorite shoe over all those years is still the Etnies Lo Cut.
Didn't get to skate in the OG Nike Koston 1 but on my second pair of the hypervulc variant and I love them so much. So comfy and tidy looking
I own Es
Accel slims
Accel slim plus
Accel OG
Symbols
Silo
EOS (J Kwon color way)
All I need is the Evant, Quattro, and Swift
All because Kelly, I ONLY skate Es
Can you recommend me a cupsole out of those
@@joe.nail1 So I personally liked the Accel OG best, but I would say Silo.
@@thinglizzy2718 heard good about evant and quattro, its true es silo has great bottom
Nike SB Zoom Tre AD
Emerica Kirchart 4
Adio Kenny Anderson V2
Budget honorable mentions from Wal Mart:
Mike McGill Air Speeds before they changed their old logo.
The Adio Kenny anderson 1 were my favs and they come with a stash pocket to hide the weed haha
Es Tom Penny 1, one of the best looking shoes for that time by far.
Didn’t see beige/tan in shoes that much back then , the penny’s were rad
@@colinpalmer7148 killer shoes…
Half cab, rowely xlt, adio Kenny Anderson’s, vans Ave, vans dollins, es accel OG…too many favorites
In the modern era I’d argue for the New Balance Tiago 1010s. Amazing looking shoe and skates just as well. Unique too.
How long did they last
@@Marcusmetsalu I bought them last july and I'm still skating them today. I'd also argue that the 306 (foys) are damn near indestructible as well.
@@BudaciousGreenThumb I just wish the 306 side walking was a little higher
Not the new Nyjah shoes ?!?
@@JS21810 It reminds me of the Nike Freeruns which were a cool shoe 10 years ago but they look dated.
We’re talking about the classics here.
Nah impact protection is trash
Emerica Tilts and Reynolds 2s and half cabs. Og Accels and Accel plus were also very good.
Adidas Busenitz
yes! damn I loved those as a kid
Sheffey 3 dvs, we’re my most comfortable. Learned the most tricks.
I still have all my shoes I ever bought since I was a kid.
Loved this episode
Surprised they did not mention the Etnies Natas Kaupas. Those were the shoe to have back in the day. I think Rodney had those on in the first plan b video as well. Now the big thing not mentioned about the Kostons is those I believe were the first skate shoe that had an air sole in them. I had so many pairs of those.
Nike SB PRod 1, was my fav, but too many to name…DC Lynx, eS accel, Vans half cabs, Vision street wear, Airwalk plus, Cons chuck taylors, soooo many!!!
Kareem campell kicks, Acells, sal 23, and low cuts were my rotation.
Now I skate halfcabs
Thomas fallens black with gum sole and the strap
Emerica G-code os low key my favorite shoe to skate. The sole was so grippy and the outer sole was smooth enough to flick any trick effortlessly!
Emerica Ellington’s and the rodrigo tx es… those two will be in my memory forever
Emerica Marc Johnson MJ1 & the original DVS Kerry Getz pro models are 2 of my all time favorites
