Resolve "Cannot Connect to Database Server" | MySQL Workbench | WSL 2 | Windows 11

Solves the "Cannot Connect to Database Server" error that MySQL Workbench shows when you try connecting to the MySQL Server running on your WSL from Windows.
All 4 Fixes:
1. Ensure MySQL Server is running in WSL 2
2. Create a new user instead of using the "root" user
3. Update IP Bindings in the MySQL config file
4. Use the WSL IP address in the MySQL Workbench
