mysql - no connection established or unable to connect to local host

Method-I
Step -1 Windows + R = Enter Services.msc
Step-2 : Click on Properties
Step-3 : Go to Log on
Step-4 : Choose Log on Check mark Local Service Option too or
Step-5 : Click on Apply and Ok
Step-6 : Start your mysql services
Issue Resloved Start your mysql server..
Method-II
Step-1 : Choose This Account Click on Browse
Step-2 : Click on Advance and Click on Find Now
Step -3: it will choose your Admin Account click on Ok
Step-4 : enter your password
Step-5 : Click on Apply and Ok
Step-6 : Start your mysql services
Issue Resloved Start your mysql server..

I also got stuck with the same problem what I do I reinstall it again the whole MySQL setup..
Else you can search with the keyword like "how do I retrieve the lost admin PWD in my SQL" like that in Stack overflow
Or there is a free course on SQL injection u might get some hint...

Hi Please help me ASAP. I installed MySQL but connection not established on opening it. So as in this video, I clicked on Start Server. But then it is not responding. When I check task manager, mysql80 is in running status. I don't have mysql99. I followed the steps shown in mysql80 properties, changed logon name and all but finally when I tried to restart, it shows mysql80 can't start because of logon failure.
Please help me fix this Sir. Thank You
