I like the way the video is done with clear instruction written and the chef showing the step by step. Most importantly, it is all actions and zero non-essential talking... making it easier for me to focus on the step by step... thanks so much and keep creating similar videos

No I wont do that because ghee is clarified butter where lactose has been removed. In layman’s term, it cant hold your cake. It will be too oily and at the same time, the smell would be too strong.
