Room for improvement, folks

Quality is slipping, and it's not the student's fault. Let's lay the blame where it belongs...at our institutions of higher education, who are happy to take in the tuition money while depending on free education via "preceptors", i.e US. There is a movement out there attempting to call for change, but change occurs at a higher altitude than most of us. That is organized nursing.

I think part of the problem with NPs as well as our basic RN programs have fallen into this old adage. "Those who can..Do Those who can't..Teach".
