For those running the cm-900as, both red and red/white wires from the main harness need to be used. So you’ll have to find power for both or just tie them together. Also you have the ignition wires flipped according to the schematic. Yellow/starter is supposed to be connected to the purple and the white/accessory is supposed to be connected to the blue/red. Otherwise awesome video
I noticed you used t-taps on the CAN Hi/Lo wires but my tip sheet says to only use the poke, wrap and tape method. I've got some posi-tap connectors but I only want to do this once. The idea of laying on my back trying to strip and separate those little wires doesn't sound so fun but does anyone know if the taps cause too much signal loss in these wires?
If you use the black ones we have never had a problem. Red ones are a little too large and my wiggle around a little bit. If you are really worried about it I would just do the wrap method like you were talking about about

I didn't see where you use the DC3, or I don't need DC3 if I am getting the compustar ? This is my first time doing this 😅
