This is such a great introduction to what’s to come within game. So much fun, adventure filled freedom awaits on a bountiful, gorgeous island. This was a game that I never wanted the good times to end but saying a bitter sweet goodbye is also one of its many charms. Hands down one of the best games I’ve ever played.
gaspump I played the previous one on my vita which broken before this one came out so I contemplated getting 8 for a long time since I love playing ys on the vita, it has a better feel for me. However I bit the bullet and honestly one of my favorite games that I’ve ever played ngl. This game brought so many great memories that I’ll cherish them for times to come. Super glad you enjoyed this gem.
@@CoffinZ12 Ys 3 was my first, I had the Super NES version when I was a kid and I've had a soft spot for the series ever since then (holy moly that one is hard as balls). This one is so special though. The exploration loop alone is so good and then Falcom just layered delicious plot on top of it all. It looks like Ys 9 is using the revised engine from the PC overhaul and I can't wait to get my hands on it!
If there was a way to forget I played this game to experience this for the first time again. So many great tracks, but what a way to start an adventure.
Adventure... how I crave thee!!! With receiving ys 9 by mail today, I'm ready to let my feet hit the wet sand to only find myself lost in green oasis. Before me rocky path to overcome... take me away adol
As good as much of the other music is, whenever I've running around at breakneck speed this is what I wind up humming Adol really does see this as another grand adventure and this song feels like first arriving at the beach as a child and running at the water
This was definitely one of those game songs that makes me go "F*** YEAH, let's go on an adventure!"

Just finished the game very near 100%. Who'd have thought one of my top games of 2020 would be one from late 2016? Amazing game.

Most likely one of the best games I've ever played. Ys9 was not bad, it just didn't live up to the hype of Ys 8.
I like the second half most! from 1:41 and on. Those 120 seconds or so are the best part for me!😮
This was mynfirst Ys game. I loved it then and i love it now.
When you beat the 3 wolves on the beach and this song starts playing. So damn epic!
I know, right? I almost get the sense that when it comes on, Adol's just like "Well, about time my adventure started. Time to go!"
@@SapphireLibra3 This! haha

One of the best tunes found in Dana.

sunshine coastline, love it
Way better audio quality than the other 30 min extended video of this track
Still sounds like ass compared to the Spotify or full quality though.
One of the few songs that can start an adventure and play on the credits as well...
Just played 3 games: Oath In Felghana, Origins and this one, neither one never dissapointed me
All hail the ginger protagonist! 🧑🏻🦰
I feel like this song best represents Ys VIII. Just walking around the beach beating up monsters or fishing.
Ready for an adventure?
nostalgia 😓
Goddamn this track *slaps*
This music is very sensual, enigmatic, and surreptitious
