I have all the information on changing security codes, deactivating motion detector, There are many videos on all of this from everyone imaginable. The one thing that I do not find is adjusting the sensitivity of the alarm on my 2015 Ultra Limited. No one seems to know how to do this. I know the older softballs you could do this. Is it possible to produce a video on this? I know if it can be done, I feel that you are the man to know.

When the system arms normally the indicators flash twice. When you disarm the motion detector they flash three times

Recovery van drove 850 miles back from the South of France without disabling this. Completely dead battery when it arrived.

Doc Harley, I have a small problem I have a 2006 Softail Deluxe, I am unable to find the pigtail to put in the alarm system for this bike. The side panel doesn't exist because that's the oil reservoir. It's Not underneath the battery. So I just don't know where else to look. If you could tell me where it's located I appreciate it
The H-D security system is installed by replacing the tour signal module (TSM) with the turn signal security module and then programed to your specific motorcycle. If you're trying to install the security system smart siren kit, the electrical panel can be found under the rear fender of the softail models. The rear of the vehicle can be raised slightly to allow removal of the splash guard. I can send you an image of the location if you email doc@lowcountryharley.com

Handlebar switch ON
Switch OFF
Both turn signal buttons at the same time.
Odometer will message you that you are in transport mode and turn signals will flash 3 times.

I don't know if you've done a video on this but I was curious how soon can you start the bike when you turn the ignition switch?
Should I wait ✋ till the fuel pump stops pressurizing? Or could I start it right away?

Battery condition, starter is of old style. HD has made a better- stronger unit. Are you following the owners manual procedure? You can’t abuse the reverse….Doc

Dear Doc, on my 2006 Electra Ultra I tried to get my PIN number via the typical on-off-on-off-on left turn 3x right turn 1x and NOTHING happens. Can you advise how to get to PIN.
The only way I know how to retrieve a PIN number is through a dealer digital Tech. Your sequence reminds me of the procedure to enter the pin for the first time. If you have the fob present this could install a new pin. Thanks ~ Doc
You have to do it in a fast manner .it only gives you so much time to do it.. they don't say that..

Without seeing it it’s hard to tell you what may be wrong, I’d suggest checking to see if your breaker was tripped.
all this info is in the owners manual lol
The owner's manual tells you how to replace the same bcm with no problem I'm just unaware and not sure if I replace the original stock BCM with the smart security BCM is there anything else to watch out for or is it a simple swap it out from one to another even though it's two different part numbers and the owner manuals doesn't specify on upgrading it to a smart security system
