Your French will blossom within a few months to a point where friends and family will be amazed how fluent you are with the language. Don't get me wrong about the new Canadians, I love that people want to come here and try their lot with us, it's what makes Canada great. There should have been some provisions in place to accommodate the new folks and buffer them into the community rather than creating shortages and raising prices.

Wow, living in Kitchener and already an expert on living in Montreal?:- amazing! New people will come flooding into Montreal and drive up rents there too except that les Quebecois will soon become very nasty and snarky to the newcomers and strongly encourage them to leave asap:- they are very clannish and tribalistic there. Even francophone immigrants from "la francophonie" such as France, Belgium, and Switzerland are barely tolerated in "la belle province". There's a reason why rents are so low in Montreal:- the locals are very good at ostracizing and chasing away newcomers and "Merveilleuse Montréal" will soon become "Gulag Montréal" and you will find yourself thinking about leaving. As for the so-called "New Canadians" who come here for all the free education and social-welfare to freeload off of us they should just close the door on them, expel those already here on false pretences or who engage in crime and restrict immigration in future to economically productive immigrants who will acculturate and not be disruptive:- les Quebecois strongly hold that view and so should the rest of us.

Congratulations. You seem like a genuine good dude. You deserve all your success. It’s nice to see a good person win every once in awhile.
@slimeside1307 he’s happy. So I’m happy for him. I’d rather own a house but that’s not for everyone.
Guy’s a good dude and the place is spacious and clean so yeah. I’m happy for him.
Good for you man, you put the graft in making videos!!!!
Welcome to montreal and have a good time discovering what the city and people have to offer.
Good for you❤😂🎉Love your channels from New Hampshire
Congrats!! Welcome to Montreal bro. 👍
You are awesome. I am so happy for you. Enjoy your success!
I’ve never been to Canada before, but that place does look cozy. Good for you, man!
Wow. It looks decent, clean. If your happy with it.. I like to stay just outside the city and commute and save on that skyrocket rent in the city difference.. I have what you have with two bedrooms upstairs and a finished basement that I made into my office/room and rent out the upper two to family.
The long videos are quite underrated.
On a serious note, nice apartment dude. My you make many happy memories how ever you do it.
That’s so awesome man!
Great-looking place - I swear my buddy used to live in your apartment, that layout looks crazy familiar lol. Congrats on your new home!
good for you bro! I died laughing when I realized we both had the exact same vacuum situation. I even had the exact same handheld vac as you and I eventually upgraded to a neato robo-vac.
