Trying to get legit understanding. Can you turn down the volume of the background music? If i wanna listen to music i can go somewhere else. Why is there even music on these? They are not even in sync.

So besides Hatha yoga,what else can one do to tap into this energy,get in touch with it,something practical?
I think Sadhguru can give these teachings only in private.
Learn pranayama or the Shakthi Chalana Kriya which you can learn at Isha as an advanced program after doing the basic inner engineering program
Fasting will cleanse and rebalance. Very effective. Work up to 72-96 hrs water/tea fast.
'Pranic Nourishment' by Jasmuheen has some excerises in it.
Breathwork as described by user Tao Lore / Breathwork Bro is effective. Dunno specifics, sends pranas to upper chakras.

I understand how you see likes as something that really requires one to watch the full video first, but other people might not see it that way, and know for example from experience that they would never like to remove the like after viewing the whole video, and they could still remove the like and maybe they dont want to forget to like the video and help it reach more people, so they like it right in the beginning :)

maybe its ok because sadhguru already made fun of it in another video, but I agree "moving your anahanta to your hand" is simply useless information for 99% of people and could at most spike their interest. But the general message of this video, that a method to eliminate all psychological ailments with 100% certainty exists and isha teaches it to everybody that wants to learn it, is a very important and vital message.
