Welcome back to Indonesia everybody :) after doing our half a dozen visit to Bali we thought it was about time we explored more of hidden Indonesia - hope you all enjoy this episode :)
I love that you guys noticed how open South East Asia is towards children... i think it helps people that worry about traveling with children! I was actually looking forward to you going back to traveling fulltime and seeing how caring the people are with your children.
I ❤️ how Hunter's vocabulary is growing sooo much and you can really hear her Aussie 🇦🇺 accent is starting to really come out. She's growing so fast guys!!! Koa too 😊
It's amazing how you have managed to keep the integrity of this channel even with the addition of two kids! Some channels make the mistake of making it all about the kids after they have them......and though I myself am a mother, I enjoy watching these travel channels for the love of travel....
This whole video is so cinematic so wholesome...the vibe...the weather...the sun...the sunset...the Lil ripple of waves...the boat...the kids...it's just so peaceful and warm I literally can feel it through the screen! Your best episode in recent months! Love it!
Years from now when your kids are older, I sure would love to witness them watching all these videos of all the adventures and experiences they’ve had as little ones! You guys are just the loveliest people and such a sweet family!
Hunter kicking back in that chair , with the towel over her forehead...just vibing...is just one of a zillion reasons to love this, and every episode. How can I pick a favorite from you guys? It's impossible. I found this channel in 2018 and it has NOT lost its luster..no matter where you are , or what you're doing. Matter of fact, That affinity has only grown. Also wonderful how you check out these lesser known...indeed "hidden" areas of countries. It's we're getting to see a gift being unwrapped. Well, every video is like a present🎁💝
I totally understand Jess, your videos often make me cry too because you visit such beautiful places! The world has so many stunning corners to explore! ❤ I get emotional seeing what a wonderful life you two built together. Wish I had someone to do this with, too. Oh well, wasn't meant for me. But I love watching you go on your adventures! 🥰
Omg so jealous seeing the Komodo’s. Wot a beautiful video, I live my dreams thru u guys as my health and a poor. Great to see Cleo. You’re all beautiful xx
Lovely to see Cleo again 💕 what an awesome experience ❤ beautiful underwater footage too stephen The water colour s just amazing every time 😊 . Safe travels looking forward to your next adventure 🥰
For some reason this video and the next one didn't pop up automatically. I am so glad I finally get to see these. Wow, wow, wow. I am so jealous. These views are SO amazing!! I love when Chloe joins you guys!! BTW who wouldn't want to help with your adorable kids!! I love see Hunter have so much fun with everyone!!!
It seems 'off the beaten path' takes on a whole new meaning, and the GPS throws its hands up in despair. It's like navigating through a tropical treasure hunt, where every secluded beach is a chest of uncharted relaxation. Definitely enjoyed this video and it makes me feel nostalgic with my Indonesian experience that we've done for our TV show. But this one is honestly so refreshing!
You’re probably not going to see this but I love you guys your one of my favourite creators I would love if you went to somewhere in the Middle East like morroco or Dubai or Saudi Arabia !!! 😊
Beautiful video 😍 the trip looks amazing!! Loved seeing the turtles!! Cannot believe how big hunter is getting, she is such a clever girlie 💖🥰 love you all!! X
Hello Parry -Valentine family. Heyyyy 👋 it's Chleo 😊 soooo lovely to see aunty Chleo again. Ooohhh wow..... I want to sail into the sunset with some bubbly hahahahaha 😂 happy travels X
What a wonderful video. And it's always so lovely to see Chleo joining you every so often. Just what I needed today. So uplifting. I'd never heard of your sponsors Wise before, but I will certainly check them out. Thankyou.
We acually stayed at that resort in beach huts back im 2014! It was such a unique experience. Sad to see it now closed but your video def brought back great memories ❤
You should try boat life for real, think of all the places you could go to that are remote and inaccessible by plane, I think you would love it and you didn’t seem to get sea sick so that’s always a good way to start lol, and of course your always able to go back too your home after a day adventuring !! Plus Jess your not limited by only having 3 suitcases and big bags trailing everywhere you go 😉
Wish I had travelled on a boat like that when I travelled from Labuan Bajo to Rinca Island in far less style about 12 years ago. Getting on the boat from the pier was a death defying feat and I shared the boat with a lot of strangers. I don't remember that boardwalk on the island so perhaps I've forgotten it or more likely it's been built since then. Komodo Dragons look like they've deceptively chilling but can move very fast if they want to. You usually see a lot of dragons around the village. The monkeys were very entertaining too. One was using a roof as a slide and would grab a tree branch when they came off the roof. Really did feel like Jurassic Park and above all the island was very unspoilt with no litter.
The luxury phinisi industry has just arisen in the few years back, and the tourism spots has been revamped ever since. There are of course budget boats though, you'd still get the same experience, minus the fancy meals and cabin. You should definitly revisit labuan bajo and take phinisi boat trip, it's more currated now.
@@inezsmaheswari The boat/trip I was on which ended in Lombok; even though the crew did their best to try and make it an enjoyable trip for us; was like an Indonesian prison complete with a few cockroaches and health and safety was a joke regarding my embarkation because of my height. It was more like an endurance test though we ate some nice food the crew had prepared for us; sailed through some amazing seas; visited some great islands and got some terrific snorkelling in. I enjoyed the raw nature of the Rinca Island I experienced. Also I live on the other side of the world so been there, done that. Thanks for the advice though.
Hey beautiful family. I really hope, if you haven't started already, please teach Hunter how to swim and get over onto her back should she fall in the water. Years ago I worked in ED, and I don't think people realise the amount of drownings that come into ED each year, even in Perth. I noticed when on your house boat recently, you put rules in place for Hunter but please work on teaching her to swim. Many kids can swim from one side of the pool to the other at 2 and I've seen uploads of an infant as young as 10 months, who knew how to get to the side of the pool. I'm enjoying watching how you navigate these types of holidays with your little ones. Thanks for the uploads. Hoping to see more of Switzerland soon through your vlogs!
yep definitely are! everything's with parenting is a process - we took her in during our 5 months at home during Koa's birth and she had a terrible teacher which dropped her confidence, but now since finding floaties its increased her confidence so just working on that for the moment before resuming lessons.
@flyingthenest sorry to hear about the crappy swim teacher. I'm glad you are working on it and she's spending so much time in the water so she'll get there in no time with supportive parents like yourselves.
Just recently discovered your channel even though I too live in Perth. I just finished watching your history video up to the Pandemic. I also own a Sprinter but an ex QLD ambulance built on a truck chassis. I know you went to Chile but did you travel or just pass through Santiago? My ex, the mother of my kids is Chilean. If she saw you, she would ask you please not to call her country Chilay. She heard Basil Zempilas say that once and started throwing stuff at the TV. Anyway, I’ll be doing a bit of catchup watching in the meantime. Cheers.
How do you guys deal with Car seat situ, lots of Ubers only have 1 car seat, we have twins so wondering how you plan this out/if you take your own car seats?? Also loved the video you have inspired us to travel with our twins!
If you are traveling and don't have a wise card, you're doing it wrong! 9 friends and I recently traveled to and around Europe during summer and we all got wise cards. I could not emphasize how good it is! Cannot recommend it enough!!! It's ridiculously easy and cheap, I don't know how they do it 😂 Also, love your videos! Thank you for making such beautiful content ❤
yay so glad someone else uses it!! I've been finding through south east asia that it's been harder ot use my normal debit card - i find im whipping my wise card out for atm withdrawals more now!
Lovely guys😊. Just wondering how you manage your, and especially the kids, vaccinations? Both normal ones kids get in OZ and ones to cover diseases you may encounter on your travels?.. would be really interested to know!
looks great - thanks. I woulds like to do that boat trip. I looked at that company you went with. It looks like is was $2000 USD per day, is that right? Even on my good salary here in Melbourne, thats a hefty amount in Aussie dollars (about $2400, day). ?
Yes it’s meant to be shared with a group 🤍 so for 6 people for the 3 days it would be $600pp for the entire experience with food & diving! Great if you had a group of friends to enjoy all together
Welcome back to Indonesia everybody :) after doing our half a dozen visit to Bali we thought it was about time we explored more of hidden Indonesia - hope you all enjoy this episode :)
I hope you have a lovely trip in Indonesia. Welcome to Indonesia I can wait to see where you guys go.
hi steve and jess. an avid fan here from the philippines.

I love that you guys noticed how open South East Asia is towards children... i think it helps people that worry about traveling with children! I was actually looking forward to you going back to traveling fulltime and seeing how caring the people are with your children.
yesss!! SEA is a great place to start with kids - they love having them around!

Years from now when your kids are older, I sure would love to witness them watching all these videos of all the adventures and experiences they’ve had as little ones! You guys are just the loveliest people and such a sweet family!
Can you guys next time please include the sort of price one would look at paying to do this type of adventure?

I love when Chleo makes an appearance. I hope she makes more appearances, or just joins full time! :)

hahahaha that was so cute when Chleo came up under the life preserver and Hunter screamed, "ahh, Chleo!"
haha Hunter loves her Aunties!
Absolutely stunning ! You guys are such a beautiful family and your children are so lucky to experience so many different cultures!
I know you guys did a morning routine and would love a Night routine for the fam, buut! Can we get a daily makeup routine from Jess and Cleo!❤🥰
Omg so jealous seeing the Komodo’s. Wot a beautiful video, I live my dreams thru u guys as my health and a poor. Great to see Cleo. You’re all beautiful xx
This videos is seriously making me want to visit Indonesia and do this little boat cruise! Definitely gonna look into it and other similar ideas.

GUYS!! This is so cool! What an experience to see these dinosaur-like creatures in real life. Also love a Chleo vlog 🎉💗

Life thru the eyes of a child are the best!! They appreciate the most simple things ❤❤❤

Awesome seeing Chleo again
Loved loved this! Always wonderful to see Chleo too!
That was so lovely to see you and your sister enjoying the boat trip in Indonesia. It was so clear.
I have a one year old baby boy who is so active. Can’t imagine how you guys handle it all so so well!
It’s amazing
Not to mention how to your backs not hurt from carrying Koa around in a harness so much??! Haha
And are you often letting people hold him, is that also a big help while travelling?
You’re probably not going to see this but I love you guys your one of my favourite creators I would love if you went to somewhere in the Middle East like morroco or Dubai or Saudi Arabia !!! 😊
Love seeing Jess getting emotional! I know that sounds a bit weird 😁 but travelling is all about new experiences and it is am emotional experience!❤
Beautiful video 😍 the trip looks amazing!! Loved seeing the turtles!! Cannot believe how big hunter is getting, she is such a clever girlie 💖🥰 love you all!! X
