Dig down to the deepest level of reality, the smallest things that exist, the building blocks of everything else. What do we find? What's there at the very bottom? That's what's 'fundamental'. Everything else is derivative, built up from the bottom. So what's there at the bottom? So what's fundamental?

Calmness can sometimes be mistaken for expertise. At least he agrees that Einstein was correct 3:03 , he says Einstein's hypothesis is true and it works .......he would be a fool to disagree with Albert Einstein because there are so many things that we use relativity and special relativity for in our modern world . IT WORKS perfectly.

for the very small cosmological constant, maybe opposite stuff that nearly cancels out ordinary matter is already there? as a base or background to ordinary matter in universe?

GR is founded upon the principle of equivalence but we all know that the POE is false. And when he says that no physicists doubt GR, that is just nonsense. We KNOW that GR is not a complete description of gravity, this is not even controversial so what is he even talking about?!

Our reality runs on polarity. Not only the physical world but our concious experience and our range of emotions.
Everything in this reality exists only in relation to everything else that isnt the same.
Conciousness needs to observe and then compare or it shrivel and dies and reality doesnt happen

The universal constants are the rule set of our game. He says nobody knows because he is still stuck in physical reality as being fundamental. Somebody knows. Please listen to this this is Tom Campbell‘s lectures maybe you might get it

The fundamental element of the universe is divine consciousness. Those fundamental constants and laws are epiphenomena of this consciousness, as are spacetime and mass. Define energy? Consciousness is energy. Consult Max Planck.
