Hello Dr. Phil! Thank you for these tips. Naturally used some of these self soothing methods without even knowing I was doing that haha! I was wondering if you could help me out in regards to being able to apply for a Psy D. I basically have a three year bachelors in social sci and then I am getting my Masters in Counselling Psych. Was wondering if a student who only has a 3 year bachelors degree but also has a masters degree could apply for a Psy D or would I have to have a 4 year degree? I feel like having a Masters degree sort of offsets the fact that I only have a three year bachelors degree but I'm not sure. Anyways, thank you in advance!

Not a Dr. yet! And great questions! I would check with the programs before applying to just make sure. Some may not have that stipulation but it’s always good to make sure. Best of luck!
