I love the fact you can make the your own size. Little tip for all you R.E. Agents out there, if you’ve ever been to an event that collects business cards in a hat to draw for gifts, if you have a business card that is even the slightest bit bigger than normal, you will have a much better chance to have yours drawn. Your welcome. Lol.
Becky is absolutely my favorite Design Bundles teacher! Lol "jeez Becky we just need an answer" had me laughing way too hard. I love in depth details because it helps me go back in my coconut and say well she did mention these key things. It's helpful when people give you a bit more info that you wouldn't have thought of especially when we're not with her too all her immediately. Thanks so much!!
Your videos are very easy to understand for beginners and your smiling face gives me so much positive vibes and motivation . Sometimes i click on your videos to see your smiling face. Plz Keep smiling 😊.
Thanks Becky I appreciate this great informative video tutorial I have 1question when you placed the card stock back printed do you place it back into the printer the way it come out or do you flip it over I hope that I’m making since
I've been making stickers in cricut design space and I personally felt this tutorial was very wordy and I got lost a few times with how fast everything was going. It would have been received better (in my opinion) if the steps were clear and organized with a little less talking and back tracking when mistakes were made here and there. Thank you for sharing your process, I still learned some things.
Hi I loved this tutorial but I did get a little confused towards the end. So do I print one page then put it back in the printer and let it print again with the second page?
this was very cool tutorial. i never considered printing on both sides. my one question i do have is when you were lining them up to print, you moved one to the other side. how did you know how far to move it over? is there a "stop" that prevents you from moving it any further? that seems to be the only thing i'm not getting...thanks so much for making this tutorial.
Thank you so much!!! I only wish I would’ve seen this video before wasting all my ink! I watched several other videos before this one but still couldn’t get my business cards to line up properly. This video was so helpful thank you
Thank you. I got lost after the mirroring. But I will make mine in Canva , iPad the full images and then follow the instructions step by step from there. I actually recently purchased card stock to make personal contact cards so this is great.
Awesome tutorial! I’ve been able to apply it to various projects! One note, I wouldn’t shift the pages to opposite corners before printing. I found that this messed up the alignment, rather leave them both centered and more often then not they’ll be perfectly aligned
hello i loved you video but could you possibly tell me what kind of paper your using i have the cricut printable vinyl and the printable sticker paper but on the back side it has the cricut backing that can go on the matt if you could possibly answer me soon that would be wonderful i appreciate it thank you
Wow, this was a great breakdown of making business cards using the Cricuit Machine, my question is what is you already have a picture that you want to use, do you just remove the background? Love the business cards! Super cute
OMG looks super hard! I tried with another tutorial and they didn't make the best cricut home made business cards. Giving this a shot. Crossing my fingers this is it. :)
Can you suggest a printer that will print on card stock? My HP printer has the option too, but is all lies. The minute it tries to feed the paper it jams every time!
hey, so i have an HP deskjet 2680. I put one page in at a time and i have to give the paper a small push to get through the slot properly. Hope it works for you!
This is an awesome tutorial but how did you print the back side w/out the cut lines? I have yet to figure out how to get my front & back to line up perfectly and I feel the lines might be causing issues w/ the cut. Thank you!
Hi there! In the video at about 24 minutes in, it's shown that after you print the first side, please refeed the same sheet back into your printer so that you can print on the backside of the cards. It sounds tricky, but this way, both images are printed on the front and back and the Cricut will recognize the cut lines on the front side (which will match the back as well). If you have any questions, let us know! We are here to help!
@@DesignBundles Thank you for the reply. I have been successful with the refeed and getting it to print on the backside. In your video at 25:33, you show the backside and it doesn't appear to have cut lines. That was my question. The only issue I'm having is the cut lines don't match up perfectly...for some reason. I'm thinking it might be a printer problem so I'm going to test with another printer. With the front and back cut lines being off, it causes my cards to not line up and I have to adjust in Design Space. A minor pain...but YOUR video was immensely helpful in our pursuit to create custom business cards! Thank you!
Im having issues when it gets to choose the paper size it dosent show how to do that i select it like in video and follow all the steps but when i go to make it it puts them both on 1 page not 2
I have watched this video 7 times in the last 24 hrs had been a great help. I'm not sure what to do about my font though. My words are all blurry and you can't make them out at all😢
hopefully someone can help me. I uploaded my business card from canva where i designed it and when I try to flip the back side horizontally and center both together, I actually end up with the back side on the front. if that makes sense. any help would be appreciated.
Hey, I had the same issue! I know your comment is from 4months ago. probably figured it out but if I not I figured it out. Select the one you want to go in the front and click “arrange tool” and “move it forward “ ! Then center it again and it should work!
Hi Erica! Our apologies, and thank you for the feedback. If you would like, send an email to mail@designbundles.net and we would be happy to answer any of your questions! We also have a live chat option through our homepage at www.designbundles.net
Dont use too many fonts. try and stick with a few. Then u use 5 diff fonts on the back. lmao Thank you for this video. U explained everything step by step and in a way i could understand as a beginner. Much appreciated!!
Do you happen to know if I can only use operations tab on computer only or I pad as well? I noticed when I use my iPad I don’t have operations options 😥
I prefer to Laser Engrave mine on my Comgrow Z1 or OMTech DF0812-40BG (K40) on Anodized Aluminum Card Blanks or cut from Acrylic Sheets but good vid otherwise. “I shall adapt. Resistance is NOT futile.”
hello on the time stamp 20:52 I did group together what do you mean select paper or print and cut size 20:59? are you talking about highlight the group to put it in 6.75 by 9.25?
Hi there! Print and Cut size for Cricut Design Space is 9.25" x 6.75" while printer paper size is 8.5" x 11". The image would need to be sized to print and cut sizing so that it will cut correctly. If you have any questions, please let us know!
@@DesignBundles I see you highlighted was it to set the print and cut size again? You had did it in square where the cards was at. That is why I confused at when you said something about paper. I couldn't see paper setting until I am ready to print. So I am still at point where I had group my cards at. Already took them out the box
Hi Danielle! This just basic cardstock, but double check with your printer settings to make sure you are changing it based on the paper you choose! - Dawn 🙂
Help!! I tried everything you showed but when printing it wont lined up even if i already dragged it to the far right hand corner😭😭 is it my cricut or my printer what is messed up?

You can create a rounded rectangle! -Brittany ❤️
What way do you put the paper back in the printer?

When I printed it want to cut my letters and not the card. Can you please tell what I am doing wrong ? I even calibrated. Thank you!

OK I see what you mean about print quality. My registration marks aren't lining up.
This was a great tutorial! I did this and my colors were supppper dull and faded looking. My ink levels are fine but any ideas?

What paper are you using for the cards?

what blade are you using
She used the Rotary Blade.
Anyone know what kind of printer she used? Like the brand
It's a HP Deskjet 🙂
Could you do a card (ex: birthday card) that way. I tried and can't figure it out
