I started a new bath and beauty business. It is so stressful teaching yourself how to do everything. If it weren't for people like you to teach others so they don't have to spend so much time learning by mistake, I would have already stopped. Thank you so much for sharing. I went through the steps as you were teaching them and it was perfect. Thank you again!!!
Mind blown 🤯 I’ve been printing two different pages and gluing them together for a few years, if only I had seen this video sooner!! Such a clever idea!!
if you're still looking for a better way to align your cards, I like to enter the x and y axis coordinates so I know they're exact instead of shifting them around.
This was exactly what I was looking for. I was trying to figure out how to get the cut lines to match and you moving the second page over was perfect. Thanks so much for sharing 😊
I'm starting my own sticker business this year and this was the first video that made it look easy to understand how to line everything up for business cards ❤
Thank you so much for this video. I do not usually do business cards, but my daughter asked me for some. With your helpful video (part 1 & 2), I was successful. Thank you again!
hey! one thing that helps it go faster is when duplicating you can click on what you want to duplicate and hold down the option button and then use your finger on the keypad and slide to duplicate. also as you are pressing the option button to duplicate also hold down the shift button and it aligns the stuff you duplicated so its easier. this helps you not have to use the align tool every time!
Thank you so much! You did such an excellent job at explaining everything without the video being too long & wordy! It was perfect 🤩 thanks girl! Bee 🐝 blessed much love & light
Might need to run your cricut through a calibration... I noticed it missed the cut just a tad. The calibration could fix that. Your video really helped me so I'm sharing the 1 thing I know. Lol
GAVE ME THE EXTRA PUSH THAT I NEEDED TO GET IT RIGHT!! I FIND IT EASIER TO GROUP THE IMAGES CENTERED, THAN PUT IT ON THE SQUARE, THAN ATTACH EACH SIDE... MAKES IT EXACT POSITIONING!
You don't need to manually align things for design space if there's multiple. Just copy and paste as many as you want and when it goes to review it will automatically align them even if on your design space layout they're overlapping as they do when you paste over and over.
I do this for print and cut. There's literally Zero alignment of your designs required, as long as you've got the even number of 10 per side or whatever it is they'll align automatically every time
You can adjust the size by unlocking the second page and adjust the size then lock it again so you dont accidentally ruin the size you designate for them
Hey, if I use plain cardstock paper (white) does the color already come when using a colored design? Or have to buy something in specific for the business cards to come with color?
This was a great breakdown, I’ll still learning on my end unfortunately everything didn’t come out as it should. Do you know how to change the printer to print in color or will you go in settings.? Mine printed in black and white.
Thank you so much for this video. I was over paying ppl to do something I know I can do at home. Question where do you get the paper to make your business cards?
Hi, whenever I click make I never have the full black square around my design like yours does, only the corners that the Cricut scans. I can't shift everything to the right side because of this, how do you get the black line / square around the ewhole design?
Hi , ahhh well I keep printing over and over ..my stuff is either too high or too low .. when I got an actual one that printed good I think it reset placement… not sure
My canva is black not white, and the left side of your screen is on the bottom for me. No option to align the cards for me. I’m so frustrated, not sure what to do!
I'm watching this 2 years later, and this IS the best business card video, and so simple. I don't need to go anywhere else. Thank you for your time and help along our making journey.
everything is aligned and perfect until the printing process. even when i move one side to the upper right hand corner and leave the other side where it is, it doesn’t line up. and then if, by a miracle, it does like up, the cricut cuts it unevenly. in serious need of help 😭
you are not doing the alignment correctly. if you keep using align to top or bottom it It will never really alinge across the board. I would make sure they are on the same grid line both vertical and horizontal line from the beginning
I find the title of touch’s video annoying. I know you can print with some Cricut and I’m just trying to find a video that does this on card. All these videos talk of printing with Cricut and then use a separate printer.🙈
It honestly took me all day of researching to discover it doesn’t print. For some reason I thought the latest versions did! My bad! 🙈 Thank you! I’ve ordered a printer.x
