Thanks for the video! Was wondering how do the following compare with the corresponding Lovevery toys:
    - tap and go tower with the slide and seek ball run
    - play and go lockbox with the Lovevery lockbox
    - color wheel racers with the race ramp
Also, similar toys are recommended at different age groups. Which recommendation feels closer to the appropriate age (based on the average skills children should acquire at that age)?
E.g., the lockbox is in 19-21 for Lovevery while it’s 16-17 for Kiwico. The ball drop is recommended at 7-8months for Lovevery while for kiwico is 14-15months (quite a significant difference).
I guess what I’m trying to say is that it would be great to see a comparison of similar toys between the subscription boxes. Thanks! 😊

I don’t think it’s my headphones because I listened to a different video with no problem, but I’m hearing multiple times during this video with a “cutting, screeching sound” (if that makes any sense). Just thought I’d let you know! Otherwise thank you for the reviews! I would be interested on in-depth reviews for the 2-3 year range as I’m taking your recommendation from your Lovevery best of video and I’m going to try Kiwico for that age instead. I’m trying to decide if I want to do full-kits or just get the items I know will be hits (like that lock box you mentioned) from their store, or even curating on my own with Amazon. Thank you!

It's not your headphones! I have no idea what happened, i tried fixing it in editing but just had to go with it! Sorry!
So I think timing is going to be the biggest factor in deciding on 2-3 year old kits -- e.g. someone asked me about the peak a zoo lock box individually vs the crate - if you are signing up for a new subscription with code TCM it's only $5 more to get the full crate vs the individual item in the store. Now if you are waiting until closer to the holidays, the store item will likely have a slight sale, so in that case i'd probably do that item from the store, but otherwise I'd take advantage of the new subscription thing!
I do want to do an in-depth look at lovevery kiwico for the 2-3 range, but it will realistically take me until Sept/Oct to do that. I need to do the individual crates vs amazon first, then do the math on everything.
Hope that was helpful in the meantime!

I was shocked with my first crate which is the lets count I was shocked on how long it entertained my 15 month old and my almost 4 year old and what I didn’t think would be a hit with my boys. My oldest loves playing with the lock box and the puzzles in the kit while my youngest loved the stacking cups puzzles and the ring puzzle was a hit for both. I am so excited to receive the next one

Great video. I had a question about how do get the play kits when your kids are older than that intended age for the kit?

In the past with others, ive changed the birthdate to line up where I want, emailed customer service, and even made other accounts with the birthdates I want. Just depends on the situation!

@@confidentlymom can you change the birthdate after your first order? Also, do they tell you which crate you’re getting before shipping in case you want to skip? Can you even skip? I’m so confused about kiwico and I’ve been trying to watch your videos to figure it all out 🙃

@@Kay.D.N For Panda Crate you can see everything now on their website... That's what I show in this video. So you know what's shipping before it ships.
You would have to email customer service to change a birthdate in advance probably. I've never changed a birthdate after a subscription started; I've skipped or asked for stuff at different times via customer service with others.
This video is the most up to date with their changes and then i have a "how kiwico works" video that explains more in depth on the other lines, which you cannot see what you're getting until it ships unles you take advantage of the "start with this crate"

@@confidentlymom thank you for your reply! I definitely wish they showed all of the crates like the panda line, but it sounds like they have a lot for older age groups. I just hope they give you a heads up before it ships of what crate you’re getting so you can skip if need be. I know there’s times we don’t need more toys with similar purposes 🙃
