Wow thats sad. I can build something with a much higher accuracy with arduino, some motors and a 3d printer.
@@mh-ht2fp Because of generations of poor nutrition, the North Koreans are much shorter and weight much less than a South Korean. In North Korea, you can tell who the elites are, they are the fat guys. It’s hard to make complicated and delicate weapons when you are starving.
