Well blame the one that made the video they’re watching not them.
Yeah, it sucks that the video maker skipped the comments that reflected how much the suit is Changing him. Hope they don't cut out the great dialogue in the next section.
gamers little playground is not really that great when its comes to story-based games. they always cut so much out, they shouldn't really name their videos ''full game cutscenes' cause it's really not.
At that point, it's more gameplay they're showing off than cutscenes.
Peter never woke up. He went to sleep after talking to MJ and the symbiote did the rest.

On my first play though when Miles leans into Li and said "When you get out...find Spider-Man." Got straight up chills.
14:05 Well no, that's just in this game. How Connors lost his arm in the comics is much different. Curt Connors attended Medical school graduating with twin doctorates in biology and biochemistry. It was in college he met his wife Martha and together they had a son Billy. He became a gifted surgeon who enlisted in the U.S. Army. He performed emergency battlefield surgery on wounded soldiers. However, his right arm was terribly injured in a wartime blast, resulting in its amputation. After returning to civilian life, Doc Connors devoted his life to creating a serum to regenerate lost limbs. Using DNA from reptiles, who naturally re-grew lost limbs, Connors created a serum he was sure would work. Using himself as the first test subject, Connors injected himself with a dose of his formula and was ecstatic when his arm began to regenerate. However, the reptilian DNA his serum was based on mixed with, and altered, his own DNA, and turned him into a vicious creature known as The Lizard. While Connors was eventually "cured" by Spider-Man and returned to his human appearance. Another attempt to develop this serum for safe use again resulted in Connors transforming into the Lizard, but on this occasion, he was saved thanks to his former colleague Professor Charles Xavier and his first team of X-Men.

Like I had mentioned in a previous comment, in the comics the black suit never affected Peter's behaviour in a negative way or "corrupted" him. And it didn't make him stronger either. The symbiote simply offered 2 very handy features: it's own webbing (which never made him run out of his web fluid again) and quick change of clothing as the suit could change appearence to mimic any outfit. The sole reason Peter got rid of it in the original story was after finding out the Symbiote was actually a living being that got the wrong idea of what Peter wanted to do and started taking over his body to be Spider-Man while he slept. That creeped him out. It was trying to help him but the relationship became invasive and was more than what Peter was asking for between having a somewhat normal life and doing his superheroing. The symbiote only became resentful and hateful when Peter left it.

This is my favourite black suit Spider-Man arc right behind spectacular Spider-Man. I loved this MJ mission as it really felt like a horror game and not a superhero game.

@@ar_reactions612 I didn't mean for it to come off as negative. Her missions were greatly improved since the the first game. They now feel more free and instead of a direct path, they now force you to think more for yourself and pay attention to your surroundings.
I meant it in the best way for each game.

The change in Spider symbol in Black suit from peter to Venom is really very nice detailed

This is my favourite part of the game. This MJ gameplay. It turns to a horror game.
They skipped a line during the second lizard fight where peter yells "This is why your family left you, you aren't strong enough" and that is both hilarious and dark at the same time
Miles was tricked by a hunter disguised as a construction worker, especially after the others started running away from Symbiote Spider-Man taking the fight where they were. Plus note to remember, if Spider-Man isn't making jokes and talking dark stuff, that's Venom talking.
The symbiote is the one talking. Venom doesnt exist yet until Harry puts the suit back on. The reason why they chose the name Venom is because they are poison to Spider-Man. The anger the symbiote & Harry/Eddie has toward Spider-Man is why they choose that name.
When Peter is in the tunnels and talks to MJ, the subtitles no longer say "Spider-Man" to identify who is talking. It says "Peter". The game itself is telling you this is no longer Spider-Man when the symbiote is in charge.

@@raj_a_jaiswalThat crane worker was not the Chameleon. There is a side mission later (?) that explains why, but the Chameleon is not working with Kraven in this game. That crane worker was just a Hunter in disguise (or a normal worker paid off by Kraven).
Peter in this game reminds me so much of Frodo in The Lord Of The Rings, a truly good and innocent man who is slowly being corrupted by and addicted to this thing he needs to get rid of. And Miles is sadly being isolated by Pete when he needs him most, not as Spider-Man but as a boy who doesn’t want to give into his anger and kill Martin Li.
As for MJ, I know a lot of people hate her in these games, but this is the most capable, independent and all around best version of Mary Jane Watson ever. Since the first game she has learned how to hold her own in a fight thanks to training from Silver Sable truly wants to stand on her own as a reporter and wants to tell the truth about what she sees and hears to the world. She’s honestly better in every way than Lois Lane ever has been.

To be able 2 defeated trained Hunters in one go, while it tooks a whole combination of super strenght punches from the Spider-Men 🙄🙄🙄 that's OP...
And don't get me started with when she's also able to defeated symbiotes (with just a gun) on her own and outrun a symbiote powered Spider-Man. 🤔🤔🤔

In the first game, when Peter is on the drug trip due to Scorpion's poison, the hallucination of Scorpion tells him "If I was your uncle I would have jumped in front of a bullet too."
The spiral on the meteor the symbiote came is from a very celebrated Venom run that has big implications
*Miles* is young but I didn't think he'd be THIS oblivious 24:56 you guys have to look at this shxt from ALL 3 perspectives; the *symbiote* isnt throwing it at him its removing any opportunities where the frequency can be a distraction or threat. *Miles* was simply in the crossfire, the *symbiote* is smarter than we give credit to.

So much so he's no longer himself and atp we're watching just *Miles* and *Venom* . I wish *Achara* and *Hayley* could see what a long time *Spider-Man* fan sees. The *symbiote* is not of *Earth* so it's mind-altering it's human host. Pulling off of *Peter's* emotions (mainly hatred/vengeance) rather than his intelligence or knowledge of his past and his purpose as *Spider-Man*
It is it's own entity, as *Spider* beings are theirs. ie: *Symbiotes* / *Spider* variants & so on.

Even if Harry needed the symbiote to cure his illness,it wouldn’t have have been good for him in the long run anyway. Venom usually corrupts it’s host overtime.
The symbiote (it isn't called Venom) has been on Harry for months (years, actually) and has not corrupted him. It only corrupts Peter because it knows that Peter has powers and abilities that it can use to make itself stronger.

No idea who played this game that they're reacting to, but wish they had gotten someone else to play the game. In this video Peter only has 3 of the 4 possible skills (L1 + various buttons), and only 3 of the 4 possible gadgets. To be this far in the game and not have all 4 skills (for Peter) and gadgets available is not good.

Peter has it the worst. "Mass property damage" I'd like to see MJ try and stop a 15 ft Lizard. Yes Harry's situtation sucks but no matter what he does the city finds a way to blame him. He does most of the job and still has to listen to MJ's banter.
He is not delusional. HE IS THE HERO. He doesn't know what they symobiote did. That's like blaming Banner for what the Hulk did.
Peter chose to keep the symbiote even though he knows that it is an alien and that Harry will die without it.
Peter - at this point of the game - is not the hero. The game knows this - when Peter is talking to MJ in the tunnel the subtitles no longer say "Spider-Man" as the person speaking - they say "Peter".
Almost like something his affecting his brain. Oh wait, it is.

@@Agent-57In this game when Peter is wearing the costume the subtitles say "Spider-Man" with the red mask emoji next to it - Miles' subtitles say "Spider-Man" with the black mask emoji to differentiate them.
During this scene Peter is wearing the symbiote so he is still in costume. Before this point when he's wearing the symbiote as a costume the sub-titles say "Spider-Man". But here it says "Peter", not "Spider-Man".

When Peter is in his Spider-Man costume, whether it is the symbiote or not, it always says "Spider-Man" - EXCEPT in this scene where the symbiote takes over and tells MJ to run.
Also (SPOILER) later in the game when Miles has to fight him. Above the boss health bar it says "PETER", not "SPIDER-MAN".
