You know what would take it to the next level? That entire fixture on a separate rotating plate. So now the whole fixture spins while the lights dance. Great work 🎉

Yes, you can just place the middle hub closer to the motor in the shaft. It is a 2 meter long one.
In a small place the mechanical noises will be more obvious. ;)
