I got my lynx last week. I had some wobbles with the street tire. As soon as I switched to a Shinko 244 tire i have zero wobbles have hit almost 90kmph very stable at speed with the shinko 244.
Lynx is amazing, and the shinko 244 makes it even better!

I just got to ride the Lynx with Kuji rolls! It feels amazing! A slight step up from the sherman S (which he also let me ride) glad to see you making this video!

Chooch, I got my first wheel, the COMMANDER MINI, in OCTOBER of 2023 and I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your content, especially the two video series on learning to ride. The portion where you described standing on the wheel in class really helped me because I did the same thing around my house....as you say "Give your brain different looks at positioning etc." I am working on a series of EUC videos, it will cover a subject I haven't seen covered before and I think it may turn into something cool. I am learning to edit etc now.

I got mine with the seat and lowering kit right off the bat, I also removed the toe pads. The knobby is perfect. I hit beeps (57mph) keeping up with traffic on the mt yesterday.

I imagine manufacturers could implement something in the firmware that could sense a speed wobble and be able to self correct by making slight corrections upon it happening. This would be a game changer. I don’t see why they can’t look into this and make it happen.

I only have five months and 1500 miles of experience and I am already ripping around on technical dirt trails with this thing! It is amazing! I lowered the pedals and I'm not having any issues off-road on technical rocky trails. The Kenda knobby is great, and I definitely removed that freaking kickstand!

I’ll just be happy when I can ride my Lynx. I tried learning on it but it’s a bit on the heavy side, so now it’s sitting in the kitchen all pretty 😂 learning on the V8s in the meantime. Keep the content coming my friend 🙌🏾 definitely 1 of my favorite RUclipsrs.

Talking about stripping bolts. I have replaced the standard bolts with real HT steel on another unicycle. Real high tensile fittings are available from any reputable nuts and bolt retailer.

Agree on pedal height. My v14 pedals are a tad bit higher then my s22 and foresure have to be aware mostly for myself on hard braking.

If anyone wants a quick, easy, temporary, or lazy way to hold anything down like that seat, consider gaffer’s tape. A quality brand sticks stronger than duct tape, doesn’t leave residue, and is even reusable until it gets too much stuff on the sticky. It is really incredible stuff compared to cheap duct or duck!

I do prefer the Grizzla seat for my Lynx because it takes 2 seconds to remove and put it in my bag, i love the E-Rides low pedals hanger, they are not a big issue offroad well i didn't have any issues yet, i also got the Wolverines pedal from E-Rides and they are way better with the studs and the toe/heel lift is great for braking and acceleration also the angle is adjustable.

    • @deadbluesky

Although the E-Rides pedals are heavier but totally indestructible.

Curious to know how you like the lowering kit I slapped it on my lynx pretty much immediately after getting it and never looked back. A friend of mine told me they saw somebody with some Red Bull gear on riding around Broomfield the other day was wondering if that was you.

love the video's, thank you. I have the Lynx with the knobby tire if you wanted to try it out I live down the street from you. Also do you give classes I've been riding now for about 2 weeks would love any tips. Also did you have a link for the power pads you use I can't seem to find it in your links.
I can't ride seated for the life of me and turning for me takes the entire street I would love to see your pads too I only have the free ones that came with it from Ewheels but I cant seem to get them in the right spot haha.
have a great day and thank you.

Cheap poorly set up 3d prints could be crud, but some high quality printers can out perform many other methods of manufacturing. Printing with atoms was achieved aprox 5 years ago in my opinion. There are laser metal printers. Another uses metal speed somehow I forget it's name dam. Anyway.
And a nice array of new very bouncy rubbers, Tpu is just one common one. Disable retaliation, 105% feed rate, easy rolling spool, quick opinions on settings.
Making commercial gain or uploading things has rules and guff.
Wishing you nice success and to be well.

Hey Chooch, if you rotate those mounting rings down on the front of the seat bracket, does it extend the seat back and lock it better against the rear handle?

I'm getting into EUC riding and out of curiosity, how tight do you like the pads between the front and the back of your calf?
I seem to prefer them a little tighter makes me feel less likely to get wobbles.

The pedal height sucks on all suspension eucs .way to wobbly hard to control. I prefer my og Sherman over any suspension euc . Like my skateboard 🛹.

Must say my old monster v3 at first I thought was way big and like a bus, now it's a lightweight, rides great, no suspension, low pedals, love that wheel. I've not rode a sherman yet, looks very cool.
