    Cool vid. But you failed to put an acceptable crust on that steak. At 6:57 the entire middle portion is missing that delicious maillard reaction that will give you umami flavor development; instead the steak outer is 70% grey from steaming. Overall I give your video 85%
    I look forward tro next time :)

      I'm guessing he likely knows all that. He's just starting out, and lacks professional/enthusiast quality cookware. No pepper mill, non-stick pans, electric stoves. The signs are everywhere, but he's creative, has cooking talent, and explains what he's doing well. So I became his 26th subscription. I'm sure he'll have a thick carbon steel pan for searing a steak without releasing non-stick toxins in the near future.
