I’m so happy she has revealed what went on with the PM who every Canadian knows has many issues - the lacking of honesty and integrity. Thank you Celina for your courage in exposing your personal challenges with (I’m sure), the worst employer in history. Also thank you to Jordan Peterson for this interview and highlighting, for all of us, Canadians to see evidence of, what we know about the current PM and how frustrating it is for us to be stuck with such an egomaniac, who is supported by very weak liberal party members and the NDP. Many of us hope and pray to get back to some leaders who have ethics, honesty, and plans to get Canada back on track. 💕

it's why governments eventually become completely corrupt

    • @oc2108
      @oc2108 24 дня назад

Most moral people can't even attain these high positions of power in the gov.
They get there claws in people very early. They get alot of them in college. They get musicians very early on. If the person they want won't play the game, they'll make sure they never get a mainstream platform.
They have perfected this to a point where they can capture entire industries, and institutions. This is why things have been so crazy the last few years. They've corrupted, and effected almost everything.
Collectively as species, we have become more naive, and pliable every year of my lifetime. It's not that people are getting dumber necessarily. Tech has allowed us to know far more about everything. Unfortunately, these advances can be leveraged by the deceitful among us who've been led astray, and know not what they do. I mean, we know the Wright brother's flew in 1913. 112 years later, and look where we are today. I think we've went too far, too fast these years. It feels off to me. It doesn't feel organic.
I believe it's all a conflict between the light, and the dark. I try to stay in the light. I think the dark side has twisted this world to a point where some can no longer tell the difference between the two. Alot of things don't mean what they tell us they are. History is debated, analyzed, amd we end up with different versions of the same story.
If feels like people are coming out of this fog. Alot of us being able to share information is changing the physics of life itself or something to me. I'm not sure how it's happening but almost everyone I watch or interact who talks about these things are having the best conversations I can remember in my lifetime, and I'm 45. People are talking about the really big stuff. 😳
      I love it.

No clue how it works in Canada, I'm across the Pacific from you in Australia, but we have contracts of employment here that lay out the duties to be carried out by both parties that are to be read understood and signed before starting a job. She literally walked in and said "this is the contract as I understand it to do my job" and he ripped it up and threw it in the bin. Talk about a boss who's not even on the same page. Add his behaviour towards people who protest his policies, seemingly regardless of why they are protesting, and it paints a poor picture. It reminds me of things I've seen watching Macron and possibly Gillard...but I'm not french and I gave up completely on Gillard and walked away till it ended.

I also watched the longer discussion video yesterday and was struck by the honesty, clarity and frankness that Celina Caesar-Chavannes exhibited. Not only did JT seem to be responsible for her abandoning - for her existential survival - her political life, he quite literally revealed himself to be more of a despicable person than I thought him to be already. Of course there's two sides to every story...but in JT's case, I consider his side - as explained by Celina Caesar-Chavannes - to be a direct representation of a pathology that exists within his soul - therefore, not to be believed. I hope and pray that JT's influence in Canadian politics is finished asap...he's giving us all PTSD.

She is dead on about the stupidity of Trudeau asking that question on their first meeting. It’s weird, immature, and manipulative. I would have replied the same way. How can you trust the judgement of someone you don’t know and who at that time had little track record. I mean, if I met Winston Churchill and he asked me that question, I could answer based on his track record, but a young politician has little to no track record for making sound decisions. The guy is a pretender. And she is so right that politicians like him just want self validation of their ego. I would have had tremendous respect for her answering so honestly (although I never would have asked that question). Any good leader would, but a poser wouldn’t.

Having someone who has never run a business or an office of any kind running the country. At least the deficit will take care of itself. We have a man who is capable of managing his sock drawer, or maybe not.
Still, a huge block of the population still supports him.

Its come to Full reversal since Trudeau though. Can't really say I blame them. I would love to see Alberta sever itself from Ottawa.

I'm a big fan of Jordan Peterson but one thing really irks me. He talks for extremely long periods of time before he asks a question and gives his guest the time to speak. We are at 3:40 before she speaks. He dominates the conversation. I seen him in interviews with extremely interesting people where he does 90% of the dialogue. See his conversation with Heather MacDonald (a very great guest) as an example.

In 2001 Celina Caesar-Chavannes was the new Senior Advisor, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity (EDI) Initiatives in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Queens University.
This conversation is interesting because Caesar-Chavannes as a DEI expert at Queens would generally be one that Dr. Peterson would identify as being a problem in academia.

Interesting indeed. DEI was already there, but few people noticed. JP had his collision around 2016, 15 yrs later. And she had that convo with Trudeau in 2015, 14 yrs later.
