Fred is good looking, multi-talented, hard working and clearly, very generous and affable too! His mother is likely very proud of him and deservedly so. It is also very good to hear that someone has been able to overcome cancer and I wish her continued good health.

Well done. I did the same owning a small caravan (but without the need to renovate) some 40 years ago when I was a Stage and Production Manager travelling the UK. Saved me a fortune. But having everything I needed to live well with me all the time was the greatest benefit. Long summers in Cornwall on a green site and warm winters in a theatre car park plugged into power during pantomime! Couldn't be beaten!! Now enjoy your hard work. Congratulations.

You may not be aware of this, but everyone need a mum like that.
I did this myself 20yrs ago I paid £220.00 for an 1970s Ace Ambassador parked it outside my house and worked on it for 3 mths, it was ready just in time for the summer it was the best fun ever and I would love to do it again 🥰

Nice caravan. Everything will fly of the shelfs tho soon as they tow it
it's hard work even for someone who is savvy with building... people have to understand that the van needs to be sealed properly roof windows floor, all of it!!! which is a chew. then you have to ensure the electrics are all working, inside and outside, then the gas pipes then when you've done that the hitch and wheels/tyres it's never ending but worth it in the end. Good job 👏
non of which they mention at all ,so someone might copy them and then end up towing an overweight, structurally unsound caravan with no running lights, dodgy electrics, 40-year-old tires, failed wheel bearings, no brakes, and if they do safely arrive dodgy gas pipes will cause a big gas explosion.
Ch4 is highly irresponsible for showing rubbish like this.

Lovely idea and people. Just wonder if they've ever towed a caravan before though as they have so many loose fixtures, fittings and decor which will soon all be all over the place. You'd need to pack it all away carefully wrapped every trip.
I was thinking that too. Maybe some removable covers like little nets or something would be good for traveling.
I totally agree. I’ve towed a caravan for 14 yrs. Everything has too be put away securely for sure. 👍💖🤷♀️

Great static caravan but if that goes on the road, expect everything to come flying off the shelves as there doesn’t appear to ‘transport’ proof shelves.
I worked at sea, and had towed a caravan Previously, put things on the floor when there's motion, that worked for sea and the caravan, it can't fall any lower than the floor. 🤗.
Unusual to see a rotten Adria, mine 40 yrs and still going strong. Nice conversion.

Pity they didn't hire a tall gazebo. To cover the van while they waterproofed it.
Having to pack all crockery and utensils etc away will be a nightmare.

I love it, however if he’s taking it on the road I think those herbs on the little shelves won’t be on there for long, should of created a little lip on them so they don’t move on the go

Looks awesome! Am curious about the food though... when he said he wanted to do "events" from out of that kitchen, I had my doubts. And now that I've seen the conversion and a shot of one dude eating a stick of cucumber with tzaziki... I'm almost convinced the food side is left wanting... Anyway, great job.

I'm literally in the middle of renovating my caravan whilst I live in it. (Advice for you. Don't bring a caravan to Middlesbrough, it will be broken into. Mine has been 8 times now in 8 months.) Who the hell steals off a homeless person with barely anything?

Can honestly say, I've never met a puppet master.
That’s just like my first sorry second caravan, an Adria 4 berth with a double bed at each end everything else was in the middle, even though it was an Adria make, the kids and I absolutely loved it 😍 but the wife hated it, she would come to the campsite during the day and go home at night, and I actually doubled my money when we traded it up, so can’t complain about it, 100% profit, hells yeah man.
