Hello @DWPersianExcursion, Vanilla based perfume is a great way to incorporate the benefits of the essential oil into your daily routine. I bet you've had many compliments. Thank you for sharing and for your engagement, it means a lot to me. antonio
I have taken a lot of advice from your videos. I have stopped chasing. If he wants me, he can come to me first. I only text first once a week. I changed my way of thinking. I’m 11 years younger, have a great source of income. I can make it without him, he doesn’t support me in any way so I don’t have to have someone. I’m a career minded woman and at a great age and feel great about myself! I do not make myself always available. My time is important and if he wants my time, he needs to make plans. Now, I’m super sweet and mail cards every other month. I love cards and they mean a lot. Plus, who doesn’t love getting actual mail! It’s not too much but enough to let him know I think about him. Cards say a lot! I also stay active in my church and other interests.
Hello @jenniferwilliams4642, I'm so glad to hear that my videos have helped you change your way of thinking and have empowered you to take control of your own life and relationships. It's great to hear that you have stopped chasing and are focusing on yourself, your career and your interests. It's important to make sure we don't lose ourselves while in a relationship. I love the idea of sending cards every other month, it's a great way to let someone know you're thinking of them without being too overbearing. I'm glad that you've found a balance that works for you, and your approach is a great example of self-care and self-respect. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for watching, your engagement means a lot to me. I look forward to chatting with you more. Antonio
@@FM-zg5hz daily! But, I’m not playing games anymore. If he one day doesn’t text, ok. So be it. I know my worth and I know anyone would be lucky to have me. Not being boastful, but I’m a great partner and ready for “the one”. If this is who God wants me to have it will happen. If not, I will have the right one one day. I stopped worrying. Treat their texts like you would if it was a friend. Don’t get upset if you don’t hear from them. Keep busy! Now, once in a while I will text saying hi handsome or just a simple, I’m thinking about you. But I do these texts without expecting a response. I got tired of hurting myself if that makes sense.
Hi @jenniferwilliams4642, Thank you for watching and for sharing your thoughts and feelings with me and the community. I appreciate your engagement and willingness to share. It sounds like you've come to a point where you're prioritizing your own self-worth. Setting boundaries and knowing your worth is a key factor in building healthy relationships. It's important to remember that not everyone is meant to be in your life and that's okay. Your approach of treating texts like you would if it was a friend, not getting upset if you don’t hear from them, and keeping busy is a great way to reduce stress and find happiness. Keep sharing your thoughts and experiences with the community, you bring a valuable perspective. antonio
1. Stop pursuing him 2. Believe you are the prize 3. Be easy to please but hard to get 4. Don't act exclusive until it's official 5. Keep your standards high and enforce your boundaries
I just wish that men and women would be transparent and honest in their relationships and forget the games. Learn to always love, appreciate and respect each other. I am so tired of the games
So true Thank-you for such a great summary and reminder. So many women, including myself think the man will change his mind if you are not firm about your standards in the beginning, but it rarely happens. You have to be able to say "no".
Hello @secretshaman189, Thank you so much for watching and for your kind words. I'm glad to hear that you found my video helpful and that it served as a reminder for you. I completely agree with your philosophy here. Women should feel like the prize and allow men to show they are worthy of dating. If a woman makes a mistake with the wrong guy, it can much more costly if you know what I mean. My grandmother had an Italian saying that basically said the same thing as number 1.
Hello @ Mariacastellucci6742, Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for watching my video! I'm glad you agree with my philosophy. Definitely, all you've said are true. Even I didn't viewed yet this video but I did it all and he is the one pursuing and chasing me. Making effort to communicating me just to express his feelings of affection. We are LDR. We are now in 14 months in our relationship. Thank you for this video 😉
Hi @anabellecabaong9983, I'm so glad to hear that you found success in your relationship! 14 months is a great accomplishment for any relationship, especially a long-distance one. It sounds like you've been able to make the relationship work by making an effort to communicate and express your feelings. And it's wonderful that now he is the one pursuing and chasing you. It's a great reminder that when we put in the effort and focus on the right people, good things can happen. Thank you for sharing your story and for watching my video. I'm glad it was helpful for you. antonio
Same for the male. Our time is valuable. If you do not meet up and communicate how do you communicate your interest as it can't grow from the surface level as there is just basic info to go off. That does not increase the interest
Hello @itsspoodini Thank you for your comment and for watching the video! I completely agree with you that time is valuable for both men and women and that communication is key in building and growing relationships. It's true that surface level information can only take a relationship so far, and it's important for both partners to be proactive in showing their interest and taking steps to move the relationship forward. This can involve setting up in-person meetings, having meaningful conversations, and finding common ground to build upon. What are some ways that you have successfully communicated your interest and taken steps to grow your relationships? antonio
Hello @diamondy559, It sounds like you have a strong sense of self-awareness and boundaries in your relationships. Keep sharing your thoughts and experiences with the community, you bring a valuable perspective. i appreciate your support so much.. antonio
You make so much sense. When I did that, the man asked me “Do you still want me?” What’s that about? He’s 64 and I’m 68. Does she have to do with it? Thank you.

Do you have a video on couples who have been dating for a while exclusively and you are ready to move forward abd get married. I know a lot of woman who are with men for years and they never propose or want to get married.
Hi @courtneynicole2345, That's a great topic! I am certainly happy to make a video about it. Could you give me a little more information about the ages of the couples? Have they been previously married? Children? I have been thinking about doing a video about the difficulties of dating divorced men with children. Anyone interested in that, please respond to this comment. =) antonio
yep. that's the demographic that I'm thinking about too. Is this a situation that you are currently dealing with? Would you be interested in talking about it on a video?

I totally screwed this all up with my boyfriend (ex as of 24h ago)… we were best friends for years before we started dating and I totally dove headfirst in and we were already so comfortable that I skipped “dating” him. So we never built the “spark” for him, despite having LITERALLY everything else. I’m kicking myself now and hoping he’ll give me a second shot in a couple months.
Hi @juliaTaylorSoprano, Thank you for your comment and for watching my video. It sounds like you're going through a difficult time right now, and I'm sorry to hear that you and your boyfriend have broken up. I understand how easy it can be to get comfortable with someone you've been friends with for a long time and how things can move too quickly without the necessary foundation being built. It's important to remember that building a healthy relationship takes time and effort and that building a spark is a crucial step in any relationship. question--- are you trying to remain friends? if so, have you discussed how the relationship will change? in this case it's important to set some boundaries for both of you. If you need some help navigating through this, please reach out and maybe we can work together. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for watching my video, I hope you find the inner peace you need. antonio
@@AntonioBorrello I don't know if I can be "just friends"... I just want him back!! I'm totally head over heels with him and I *THOUGHT* he felt the same. I was totally blindsided by this breakup and he did seem really emotional and conflicted about it... hoping he reconsiders or gives me a second chance after some space....
@@AntonioBorrello He asked to talk to me and told me he had been secretly struggling for a couple months- I was completely blindsided. I’ve unfortunately become recently pretty disabled from Long COVID and have been doing my best to cope but have been relying heavily on him for emotional support and companionship, especially when I find myself depressed. I think I was so caught up in my illness and grief I must have missed signs. He agreed to attend therapy with me, and in the session we agreed to work on things and help him find the missing spark and feeling he needs… went low contact for a week… then next time we got together to talk, he dumped me. We are no contact for a week (first time ever since we met as friends) and then meeting again to talk…
This is hard in any situation. I don’t feel valued or even pursued in my marriage. I’m so used to having all the masculine energy because he’s comfortable sitting back and letting me handle everything. I have asked recently for him to step up and take on more of the man things and it’s not effective. I want to feel like he is my protector and that he is leading the family. It’s such an awkward role reversal and he’s pretty much hands off in all aspects. If I don’t step in and do it it doesn’t get done. How can I flip the man woman role back to the way they should be ?
Great content! A few years back a guy on FB asked, "what would you say to get me interested"? There were several comments about "tacos &/or sex", but that's too forward & lazy(sounds like you think very little of men--or at least him). I think it says a lot about modern women though. They can be extremely lazy & arrogant while simultaneously being over the top aggressive& snarky; reducing men's wants & needs to sex! Many claim to be strong or independent, but they're too fragile to risk rejection(even being ghosted). So, they chase or are last minute eagerly available to "hang out". I think feminism & social media have ruined women & there's too many attention starved younger chicks going online--So, if possible it'll be a while before we recover.
Thank you for another great video, Dr. Antonio. I believe in letting men chase and lead, though so many times the guy and I ended up getting nowhere. And I wonder if I could have done more or they're just not that into me. I'm attracted to a coworker. We have a good connection at work. We enjoy talking together and are comfortable talking about personal stuffs too. He often goes out of his way to help me. I can definitely feel some chemistry between us. The problem is he does not seem to be making more moves towards us having anything deeper than the flirting etc happening at work. I'm not sure what to do about it.
Hello @maxiswenny, My first question - do you know if he is available or single? Often people develop "crushes" on coworkers but can only limit it to that. If he is not single, you may have to leave it at that. I understand the importance of letting men chase and lead, but sometimes it's also important to communicate your own feelings and intentions. If you're feeling a connection with this coworker and you're comfortable with him, why not take the initiative and ask him out? Remember, sometimes it's hard to read the signals and it's possible that he may be just as interested in you as you are in him. Keep in mind that it's also important to respect his boundaries and be mindful of work-related policies as well. Thanks for watching and engaging with our community. antonio
@@AntonioBorrello Wow thank you so much for your reply, Dr Antonio. He is 100% single ❤️ Here's hoping for the best. I'll keep playing my part too as per your advice.

Ugh… why are we ladies made to feel like we should have to do anything to attract or keep a man interested? If someone is interested that’s great but I am not going to try to get a man to chase me. It’s too much work. Lol
Hi @chicnaildesigns9001, Thank you for watching and for sharing your thoughts. But, yes.. I hear you and I agree. women should not feel pressured to "do anything" to attract or keep a man interested. Hello @user-iubv8vu8o, Thank you for watching and for sharing your thoughts. I agree that having your own life, not blowing up his phone and being willing to walk away are important steps to take in order to not come across as too available or desperate. Keeping busy with your own career and interests and checking in periodically, shows that you have a life outside of the relationship and allows for the other person to miss you. Hi @kelliedurham6006, Thank you for watching and commenting on my video. I appreciate your feedback. I agree with you that chivalry is still present, but not in every man. It's important that as parents of boys, teens, and young men, we educate and show them positive examples of how to be chivalrous. Ugh all these logistics about dating make me want to stay single for life 🙄 like why can’t we just act natural toward eachother? I don’t have the time/energy for all these mental gymnastics
Hello @sarahsmith3016, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and for watching the video. I understand that the logistics of dating can be overwhelming and that it can feel like too much mental effort at times. I believe that finding the right balance between being natural and being mindful of the steps that need to be taken in order to build a strong relationship is key. While some strategies can seem like mental gymnastics, they can also help to build a foundation for a healthy relationship in the long run. What do you feel like is the key to finding that balance between being natural and putting in effort in relationships? Have you found any methods that have worked well for you in maintaining that balance? antonio
I need some advice.. We've been dating for a year despite the long distance. and it's wonderful when we are physically together, but it becomes difficult when we are separated and only speak on the phone. It often frightens me that because we are so young and we are still figuring ourselves out (16 and 17), as much as we want it won’t last or that we might take a break, which could either strengthen or weaken the connection. I don’t know what to do in this situation
Hi @avrilpichardo6898, Thank you for watching and for sharing your thoughts and feelings. I appreciate your engagement in our community. Long distance relationships can be challenging, but it's important to remember that open communication and trust are key. If you both want the relationship to work, it's important to be honest with each other and to work together to find ways to make it work. Let us know how things work out. antonio
Hey, great job this sounds like it’s all based on Celestine Dessike's Words of Desire. And yes, that’s the material you need to have him resonating with erotic electricity at your will. Sounds like too much IK, but just for the basics it's worth go'ogling her ;)
Thiz is terrible advice,If a woman tried doing any of this to me i would lose interest on immediately. Being honest and upfront about what you want is infinitely better and will always be than trying to manipulate someone
If you know that you was a good person to your men and he go out with other girls just let him do whatever he wants because you deserve better just hang out with your friends and do you even if it hurts you

Now, I’m super sweet and mail cards every other month. I love cards and they mean a lot. Plus, who doesn’t love getting actual mail! It’s not too much but enough to let him know I think about him. Cards say a lot! I also stay active in my church and other interests.
Hello @jenniferwilliams4642,
I'm so glad to hear that my videos have helped you change your way of thinking and have empowered you to take control of your own life and relationships. Antonio
How often does he initiate texts in a week?

Hi @jenniferwilliams4642,

It sounds like you've come to a point where you're prioritizing your own self-worth. Setting boundaries and knowing your worth is a key factor in building healthy relationships. It's important to remember that not everyone is meant to be in your life and that's okay. Your approach of treating texts like you would if it was a friend, not getting upset if you don’t hear from them, and keeping busy is a great way to reduce stress and find happiness. So true Thank-you for such a great summary and reminder. So many women, including myself think the man will change his mind if you are not firm about your standards in the beginning, but it rarely happens. You have to be able to say "no".

I completely agree with your philosophy here. Women should feel like the prize and allow men to show they are worthy of dating. What is it all about😊?
Same for the male. Our time is valuable. If you do not meet up and communicate how do you communicate your interest as it can't grow from the surface level as there is just basic info to go off. That does not increase the interest
Hello @itsspoodini
Thank you for your comment and for watching the video!

Love it! So true!! ❤
Hi @juliaTaylorSoprano,
Thank you for your comment and for watching my video.

@@AntonioBorrello I don't know if I can be "just friends"... I just want him back!! I'm totally head over heels with him and I *THOUGHT* he felt the same. Hi @juliataylorsoprano,
yes.... space is always helpful, especially in situations like this. how did the breakup happen?
We are no contact for a week (first time ever since we met as friends) and then meeting again to talk…
wait... i want to be sure I understand. when are you meeting again to talk?
My boyfriend chase me and he asked me to be his girlfriend and I said yes he really likes me and I really like him
This is hard in any situation.
Hello @maxiswenny,
My first question - do you know if he is available or single? Often people develop "crushes" on coworkers but can only limit it to that. If he is not single, you may have to leave it at that. I understand the importance of letting men chase and lead, but sometimes it's also important to communicate your own feelings and intentions. If you're feeling a connection with this coworker and you're comfortable with him, why not take the initiative and ask him out? Remember, sometimes it's hard to read the signals and it's possible that he may be just as interested in you as you are in him. Keep in mind that it's also important to respect his boundaries and be mindful of work-related policies as well. Thanks for watching and engaging with our community. antonio

If you know that you was a good person to your men and he go out with other girls just let him do whatever he wants because you deserve better just hang out with your friends and do you even if it hurts you
Hello @tiffanyrivera3648,Thank you for watching my video and for sharing your thoughts on this topic. It can be difficult to let go of someone, especially when you feel like you were a good partner to them. But you are right, if someone chooses to move on, it's important to remember that you deserve someone who will treat you with the respect and love that you deserve. It's important to take care of yourself, spend time with friends and focus on your own happiness. It may hurt in the moment but in the long run, it is for the best. I'm glad you found my content helpful and I wish you all the best on your journey. antoino
Part of having him go plain crazy and unlocking his primal impulses is a result of speaking out just the right words. Yes, where to begin? Celestine Dessike's latest (go'ogle her) takes you by the hand if you really want to cut out all the guesswork and get him going!
They can say the want a relationship and they do not want a relationship
