Not an architect, not a student of architecture, but I appreciate it and I learn so much through your videos, knowledge, curiosity, humour, and enthusiasm. I really appreciate your channel and wish you both a successful and fulfilling 2025
How serendipitous that you popped up on my IG feed. I love watching you both, your enthusiasm and love for great buildings is infectious. Have a wonderful year of touring.
I had exactly the same feeling when I saw the Yasuya Hall in Shinjuku. Thought it was a new built and was shocked by the fact it was built 60 years ago! Happy new year Kevin and Andrew! Another amazing video!
thanks for that 2024 full of discovery, inspiration, culture and jokes :) your approach is so cool - respectful, yet humorou; informed, yet with a curiosity, most people lose after childhood. and even though, there aren't videos about your own houses that often, it's amazing to see, how all this discovery and approach translates into smart, fun and very socially driven built reality. i'd love to share some of my concepts with you - can i just send a portfolio to the adress on your website?
happy new year guys and i am always excited to see you guys 🖤🖤🖤 but one thing why don't you guys come to Africa you may find few good architectures if not many.
Awesome! The best way to learn architecture, visiting it! I’m jealous of the fantastic buildings, the laughs, the amazing conversations and the food of course! Still don’t know why becoming a millionaire is taking so long, so I could quit my job and be always on tour with you guys 😅
bit of a noob logistics question, how do ya'll get up to Serlachius Museums’ New Art Sauna from Helsinki? Seems like an age away, but you clearly get there :). Seems like a great year of tours. Thanks for the great content. I have learnt a lot watching your videos this year and recently toured Helsinki and visited a bunch of the places you've listed :).
@@Archimarathon Thanks for the reply guys. Mega sauna fan here and lover of architecture . Legends! Hope to possibly one day join a tour even though I have 0 industry architecture overlap - ya'll that good! :).

Great wrap-up, thanks! Are you sharing the itineraries somewhere? When are you going to do Mexico?
General itinerary are in the tour pages. Specifics are a lot of research so they are not widely shared.

rock on!
🤘
Is there any chance of a video of Ray Kappe house?
We were told not to. We have enough for a reel/short but will run that by the owner again for permission first
@@Archimarathon Bummer. Anyways hope the owner change his/her mind and congrats on the great content.

I think they have some bus from Tampere. We had a special charted mini bus as we had a few other things we needed to hit

Plenty of Archimarathon tour participants are not from completely unrelated backgrounds too.
