This is a great video, I had fun watching the entire thing! Fun fact though, that minigame you mentioned that you 'don't even get that much extra lore" from, actually has a hidden secret that unlocks a final night with changed gameplay that's actually really cool and unique. That hidden secret is only discoverable if you explore around more after getting all the papers instead of immediately escaping.
I really gotta hand it to the developers of this game for being able to take something that's like 7 years old, and proceeding to make an even better version of it.
No it’s just impressive getting the motivation, coming up with ideas to do so, since many ways could work, FINDING IT since it is 7 years old, and then actually sticking with it to overall evolve it. That’s some serious effort and skill. I mean some developers give up on developing, or a project, or forget about older work. Some even have too much pride and don’t change it, even when it needs it. Most don’t improve hugely as well, so seeing this remaster version so much better is very rare, and impressive.
Man seeing Tinky Winky in this horror setting and knowing that he’s the purple Teletubbie and can do what he wants, it really heightens the fear factor. Hopefully he isn’t making Tubby Custard out of human pulp this time, because while we know he says it tastes good, that doesn’t mean he should do something so disgusting.
The crazy thing, before the difficulty update. The final minigame was the hardest part of the game. Taking me like 3 hours or smt to beat it once Also since I heard that the difficulty update didn’t make much harder what I want to say is. All you have to do is look at the 3 cameras near the office. If you don’t see Po in the middle camera instantly call her back using audio cue. For Laa-Laa, if she disappears from one camera chances are she’s either at one of the 3 cameras near your office or inside your office. If Laa-Laa is near you and your camera breaks down. Chances are she is at your door so you should hide just in case. For tinky winky, always keep her in the bottom path since she can only attack from 1 place and that is the top door. So keeping tiny winky at the bottom path allows you a lot of time to deal with other animatronics. Dipsy, look more often. Noo-Noo,, stop hiding lmao
I literally created a designated path for the path in that minigame and po still kills me every time. I have tomhope she doesn’t be at the door or misses every single time I’m on my last 3 pages
@@TikySweety yes I believe so, although I haven’t watched the demonic creatures in so long and the closest I’ve heard them been brought up to me the last time I heard about them was slendytubbies so it is possible I’m wrong
From what I can tell, you need to get into a rhythm for the nights, always changing it just a bit to keep up with the new addition and increasing intensity of the game. That is the best way I can think of how you're meant to beat night 6, find the right rhythm and continue practicing that rhythm until you have it down to a science. I haven't played this personally, but I have seen someone beating this all the way through in one consecutive video. It may seem impossible, but it is all about a rhythm you must follow to survive the final night, and everyone has a different rhythm they follow that they learned through trial and error. Also, there's a hidden final night where you play as the ceo and go against one threat that predates the game you have played.
@@ImKeczami It has been a while since I've watched the gameplay of this game and the hidden night, but if you go watch Indie Fuel, they have the full play through of the game and I _Believe_ the hidden night.
yea but i think it's getting pretty boring by now, like , Fnaf, Poppy Playtime, that Roblox game with a pig, that other Roblox game with colorful people and Garten of Ban Ban.
The image of someone's inside being vacuum out by a robot vacuum music box thing is a terrifying thought. Even more when another robot keep you from fleeing.
Really cool video, dude! Perhaps next time you encounter a fangame with unfair gameplay, you could show/explain some of the unfair deaths you experienced (so we better understand the unfair elements)... Still really entertaining and I appreciate your work!
The thing about this game is that it's not unfair lol, it's very memory focused and skill based. The "unfair" part is nonexistent and every death is just a memory and/or speed issue caused by you
From what I understood he didn't think it was unfair per se, just harder than he thought it needed to be. A game can be fair and also too difficult to be fun at the same time.
@@juicyjuustar121Good observation. Though I still believe it would be neat if he showed some of his deaths in these harder fangames. It would allow him to better convey his point imo
The strategy for night 6 or 4/20 mode is to keep po (the red one) in the kitchen because she can skip rooms, so keeping her in that room Can let you avoid that, along with being able to see if Lala switches rooms, keep tinky winky on the route that keeps him on the kitchen cam so it’s easy for him, then just check occasionally for first and ur all set
honestly, the scariest thing about this game is how unpredictable the jumpscares are. you can't ever really predict when the jumpscare is gonna happen even if you know you're dead, and it catches me offguard everytime.
Not sure if anyone mentioned it but, there's actually another night called Night X in the extras and it gives more lore. Not going to spoil too much but you get to play as the CEO at that level.
I absolute love this video! The Tubbyland Archives are definitely one of my favorite fangames and I'm very happy someone is giving this game the attention it needs! But the game is not that hard in reality. As a fellow RUclipsr, I spent countless hours on Night 6 without using ANY stratagies and it. was. HELL. I later realized that are stratagies you can use keep Po in a single room away from everything else, since she is the hardest to deal with during night 6 and the all max mode.
Soooooo... You know that the final minigame does hold more lore than you think, right? There is a final night to do that has the lore in it, which is why there's that blurred animatronic in the extras
The way the it sounds when the Phone Guy dies, feels like it would be really gruesome. I imagine that Noo Noo would suck up each of his body parts, just grinding them up feels really fitting and gruesome. I love it.
This game has been out for awhile and when it first came out looked easier. A little while ago the game received some updates that might have made it more difficult.
so about night 6 not having much lore... During the night 6 minigame, there is an alternate ending that shows more, and that's a door that will open once you've collected all of the files. It hides more files that i believe you can read, but after you try to go out, po will kill you. This unlocks Night X where you are introduced to PTLD-93, and you play as the CEO. That night is completely different than nights 1-6 so may take a while, but after you beat it, the CEO escapes, but not before PTLD-93 wakes up from being deactivated and on the hunt for him, to put an end to it all... That's about what I remembered and all you missed, love your videos, and I can't wait for Act 2!
I honestly REALLY want to see what Act 3 has to offer. I know this is a bit ahead from now, but I would honestly love to see a redone version of the tubbyland 3. I really want to see how redone versions of the prototypes will look like.
14:44 to add the pain even more, since im assuming vacuums arent really designed to suck that hard in the first place, he PROBABLY needed to stay in that position for a while seeing his own limbs get slooowly torn apart and the only thing that can stop the pain is either he losts consciousness, OR bear the pain until he runs out of blood
Ah, my old nemesis, the Teletubbies! I was traumatized by that baby-Sun when I was little... and from the fact that Po is a girl (in my little kid's mind it was painful to be wrong about anything, even her gender) and actually speaks a real language and I never found out until recently😂 I'm gonna play this, suffer because it's hard and keep suffering until I win. Also: Noo-Noo best character!
i'm going to be completely honest that death call was extremely unsettling to me!!! it makes my stomach churn every time i hear it it's done so well, and i literally play horror games all the time and don't feel anything, (though most of them are just bad so maybe that's why)
I am so happy that bigger youtubers are covering this game like PlainTrace! I have been following the five night's at tubbyland series since the original beta of the first game came out, and after 7 years of dedication, the team who made it deserves this! I am beyond excited for act 2, and I am hoping you cover it as well as 3 and 4.
Games with these levels of difficulty where is borderline impossible for causal players to beat should have an story/easy mode (unless the difficulty is feature in these games like in Dark Souls/ Elden Ring)
Difficulty settings like that don't really work in fangames, just feels pointless. I like the game where it stands in terms of challenge and difficulty.
That's Jolly 3 Chapter 1 for you. You can do Night 1-4 without problems, and then Night 5 becomes HARD. I'm pretty good at Fnaf games, because i beat One Night At Flumpty's 2's Hard mode, Fnaf 1 Max mode, and Aggressive Nightmare in Fnaf 3. Night 5 took me 1 hour to beat. But boy... The Max mode... That is just... Borderline impossible. Literally. For 6 Brutal minutes straight, you have to constantly check the cameras to see wich fan will break so Foxy doesn't kill you (he will kill you a lot) while also constantly having to gas the robots non-stop, and also managing the Gas supply.
It became difficult in a patch update so it’s likely with people reporting difficulty they’ll adjust it again, prior to the update people said some characters were practically never showing so it’s currently a balance change needed
@TheDumbRunners the people who said some characters never showed are absolutely trippin man I played the game before patch and everybody did show so idk what they talking about
This is actually kind of cool. The original FNAT and Slendytubbies type games are funny, sure, but being honest, they aren’t good… at all. So for this remake (more like a reboot though) to have so much effort and passion put into it with an insane amount of improvement? I wouldn’t be opposed to more Teletubbies type games with this quality. Also, to be fair, I love Fnaf 2, and that game is hard as hell.
FNaF 2 is only hard because of RNG, half of the times you die is because Toy Chica or BB decided to camp and not leave, while yes the first time playing the first deaths might be your fault for not knowing the mechanics properly after you master them all you start getting deaths that weren't your fault at all. In this game however, it's all based on skill, memory, and speed. The only reasons you will die in this game is because of forgetting a character or not being fast enough, which happens several times. It's all your fault if you die in this game.
If u dont know there is actually a secret in night six minigame that reward us an extra night and it is VERY DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER NIGHTS. This extra night have their own different mechanic and u only have to deal one animatronic which is "the creation".
This was one of the many fan games that got me into five nights at Freddy's content back in 2016 and I loved it!! Stuff like this, five nights at wario's, five nights at Candy's, Rachel's, etc made my fnaf oriented childhood
What a interesting game honestly, also why our character couldn't just like report it to the police and find the archives with them or something? Also, i know another youtuber did this already, but can you try out phobia: The awakening? I would like to hear your opinion ^^
I remember this series I really really loved and I still love it how ever rhe remake is definitely a massive improvement even tho its difficult (even tho it's fun for me) it's visules and and gameplay is really cool I am so excited for act 2 to 4 (BTW this game actually has 3 remakes one made by one of the devs another is a tribute/fan made)
I legit saw the thumbnail and I was shocked.. One of my favourite games or horror games where on my favourite show as a baby. Good to see that people are working on it ☺️☺️☺️😊
Don’t know if you still read these comments, but if you do, I’ve got some tips for Night 6. I’ve beat it multiple times, but I will admit that it’s a pretty difficult night. I’ll try to explain this in a way that makes sense, because as you know, the mechanics of this game are actually pretty complicated. Room Power: Only keep certain rooms powered up, because you will not have enough time to reboot every single room. I learned this the hard way. So try to keep rooms near your office, and the dining hall booted up, and just ignore everything else. Po: The strategy I find best for Po is to just spam the audio lure in the dining hall camera. I used to do that in the theater camera, but Po does this weird thing where she can teleport straight from the theater to the repair room, which always throws me off. She can’t teleport anywhere in the dining hall, though. She will only travel to the party room, but if your constantly using the lure in the dining hall, she’ll always be lured back. She will not move forward while the audio lure is playing in the room next to her, so you can use that time to check on other things before she moves into the dining hall. Laa-Laa: Like I said with the breakers, just keep the rooms near your office booted up, and when you see her move from one of the two “danger” cameras, check the kitchen camera to see if she’s there. If she’s not in it, immediately hide. Tinky Winky: A really handy thing I learned about him is that he only enters your office from the party room. He doesn’t have two points of entry like Laa-Laa, so he’ll always be heading towards the party room. Other than that, just keep him away from the party room. Dipsy: Probably the simplest out of the main 4. Every time you have a second, like when the audio is playing, or every time Tinky Winky is pushed back, flip down the camera to check on Dipsy, and hide when necessary. The Office light goes out when 3AM strikes, but it’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect gameplay (aside from making it a bit harder to see Dipsy) Hope this helps
Tbh, I’ve beat night 6 a couple times and only died once. To be fair, both times I felt like I was seconds away from getting roflstomped by Tinky, so I lucked out that the night ended in both occasions. The after-night mini game was actually harder for me to beat than the night itself. Took me like 10 tries before I found all the damn pieces. It was fun, though.
i remember when i had a massive fnaf phase as a child and the vacuum thing from this game scared me. really psyched to know that it hasn't been forgotten about
You see, when you hear phone guy’s death, he might’ve gotten sucked to death by noonoo. And he was trying to escape noonoo. And the teletubbies prevented him from escaping. phone guy literally tried his best to tell Parker (the main protagonist) everything as silent as possible. But he was stopped by Noo Noo who LITERALLY SHREDDED HIM TO DEATH AND SUCKED ALL HIS BLOOD OUT.
PlainTrace: Tinky Winky hates high pitch sounds Also PlainTrace: *Shines the light on him and it works* Me: How does a light make noise through a camera?
The phone guy tells us that the flashlight makes a loud buzzing sound when turned on, so that's why you should turn on the flashlight in the room he's in.
I'm gonna be honest, this game does not have nearly as much rng as you are expressing in this video (ignoring the night 6 minigame). The game is absolutely difficult, but as someone who beat the all max mode, rng only really is a carry, i very rarely found a point in the game where there was nothing i could do or could have done to prevent the death, even in the all max mode. It also might be good to mention that night 6 only took me an hour to beat, night 4 and 5 were 45 minutes at worst. Personally, i think the game has a really good balance of mechanics where each character acts uniquely to form a proper challenge for the player to take on that is reliant on pure skill in figuring out how to get a rythm going. Although to pass down a tip from my all max mode experience to use in night 6, put your focus onto the purple one. With all 4 animatronics active, the game is less of "figuring out how to manage 4 different mechanics" and more like "trying to push back the purple one while the others try to stop you"
Night 6 minigame is really not RNG based. The animatronics move in a very predictable pattern, I'd say even scripted, but not sure about that yet. Biggest problem in the minigame is Po, but you can pull off a tricky to do dodge.
@@Cerise__ my guess is you played after they made the minigame easier and you don't know the pain of being backed against a corner with po at the one door you need to escape and laa-laa coming through the other
@@st6387 Po can still camp at the exit door. And also it wasn't first try. Took me well over 20 minutes of finding a route and learning their movement pattern.
@@Cerise__ not the literal exit. I meant she liked to camp outside doors when you were trying to avoid an animatronic, leaving you trapped in that room and dead if the other comes in
From what I've seen I do think it needs to be brought back a bit in the difficulty but I'd say it's Also partially a skill issue. From what I've seen of your channel you seem to struggle a decent bit with something's so that could really just be it
btw in the first night's minigame noo noo is actually behind the curtains in the office and in the real office when you stay there too long you f**ken die to that nightmarish vacuum
Awesome video ! Definitely up for a an uncover of chapter 2 when it releases ! Tho regarding the difficulty, I don't know if this has something to do with the newest updates because back when I played it last year, I thought it was on a dark souls level. It's just that there is always something happening, you can't drop your attention down but if you manage to do things in a respective order, it's not that hard to survive and here, the dread factor is induced by the fact that you can't rest for 6 minutes, which is quite effecting regarding tension (besides it's a bit like fnaf 6 where you never really know when something will jumpscare you) And btw, too bad that you didn't talked about night X because seriously, this is something else and most likely one of the greatest bonus night a fnaf fan game ever offered
Hi PlainTrace, love to see you again! So I was watching this video and I thought: "Wait, why was this so hard? I beat the max mode on my 5-7th try. " But I realized that you were playing on the newest version, 2.0. I completed the game on version 1.0 . But hey, you gave your best shot. ❤
hi dude, I'm on my other account, and I couldn't found Tubbyland Archives Act 1 ver. 1.0. Sorry, I don't have a copy and I did ver. 1.0 on my sister's computer. I doubt it will still be there😅.
@@lamtranminh6076 I just found out that there is zero difference between the two versions difficulty wise (beside the flashlight draining slightly faster and noo noo being somewhat of a threat)
i kinda have a theory of those mini games 1. noo noo kills the phone guy 2. he cleans the *spill* from the phone guy 3. he disposed of the phone guy in the trash this is kinda disturbing to me but it kinda connects
I like how you address the robots by both their proper names, and by more descriptive titles _(the vacuum, the red one, the one without a head)_ and just alternate between the two. at one point, you called Noo-noo, who you named correctly earlier, "the Vacuum" three times in a row before finally calling it by its name again. Gives a bit of an embarrassed, *_"please_*_ don't make me say these names out loud"_ energy to the review.
I remember Caddicarus describing the show as like a drug trip for those who weren't old enough to take it themselves. And honestly... Yeah, I can definitely see where he's coming from.
Also, I guess back on the subject of Caddicarus, the guy pretty much summed up feelings regarding those speakers that popped up from the ground, when I used to watch the show. The titular characters and Noo Noo weren't really a problem for me. It was the speakers that really unnerved me. It had to be ths sound design of those things that did it for me.
i love how in the office po has a missing face, foreshadowing that she's missing her eyes or it could just be a normal cutout but THATS JUST A THEORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I played this a few months ago and I 100 percented it including all max and the extra night and I never once felt it was unfair all the tubbys killed me around about the same amount and were all an equal problem I recommend this game if you have never played a fanf fan game before or if you want to have fun as it is balanced and easy
On night 2 noo noo is filling the custard machine with the phone guys. Well remains meaning that night 2 might be after night 5 this switches the lore and arrangement. Which is kind of fun
This horrifying remake of Tubbyland is one of the most detailed games. I've ever seen. But there's actually a couple of things that they kept years ago. They're jumpscare sounds, And their difficulty. Too bad PTLD93 wasn't in this game too bad for that. Edit: Never mind PTLD93 is here. A secret night X.
Spoilers: I played this fangame some months ago, i beated everything, also the night X but no the max mode because i wasn't eable to reach 3 a.m., i didnt played the joy of creation but this is one of my favourite fangames, i love the difficulty and it looks so good, btw i love your content and i love to see a video about the act 2 or maybe the old tubbyland fangames, peace.
In my opinion the best way to beat night 6 is keeping po in camera 3a or 2a and keeping tinky winky away from cam 3b since tinky winky can’t kill you from cam 1a while keeping watch on laa laa and listening for dipsy
In the fnaf phone call with phone guy's death, we can just see him kinda struggling and then just dying This time though we can actually hear that the employee is struggling for his life and the fact that noonoo just sucks his legs, dismembering them and then literally everyone holding him so that nono would just eat him completely is terrifying In the minigame you can literally see how he died : he was crawling out, bleeding, and then tinky winky crawled to him, which you can actually HEAR in the voice call, and then grabbed him so that noonoo would literally eat him, it's really terrifying
@@mr_dipsslendertubbies is another game hes just saying he (thinks) its a reference It has nothing to do with the *full* video. Its said and you can see it (pretty early on) Think before you comment
I was able to beat night 6 AND all max mode, the game is NOT RNG based, it's all skill based. You can keep Po in the kitchen camera near your office so it's easier to keep track of her. Send Tinky Winky back fully if he's at the cams near your office doors (it's better if he is in his left door path as that is his shortest) and also keep track of Laa Laa (though you can try to just wing it to the closet if you want). Dipsy is very easy to forget so make sure to flip your cams down to check his position and hide
Yep this is correct as hard as this game may be once you understand the strategy ypu will win all max mode with no trouble as long as you play flawlessly so no its not unfair at all just very hard

Why? Ypu lack creativity to do so?

The crazy thing, before the difficulty update. The final minigame was the hardest part of the game. Taking me like 3 hours or smt to beat it once
Also since I heard that the difficulty update didn’t make much harder what I want to say is.
Yeah that minigame was the only part in the game that was random there rng truly had to be with you
I literally created a designated path for the path in that minigame and po still kills me every time. I have tomhope she doesn’t be at the door or misses every single time I’m on my last 3 pages

I love it.
13:37 this death is creeping me out beyond anything I’ve heard for some reason
man rest in peace for phone guy, atleast that our character actually feels bad for him and goes to expose the owner, what a trooper.

Glowing eyes and turning cameras on/off? Five nights at Candy's flashbacks

I love his reaction to the phone guy dying, he sounded like he didn’t even care that the dude giving us tips just died
The first slendytubbies game was more of a joke but the sequel is surprisingly good

If u dont know there is actually a secret in night six minigame that reward us an extra night and it is VERY DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER NIGHTS. This extra night have their own different mechanic and u only have to deal one animatronic which is "the creation".

The Office light goes out when 3AM strikes, but it’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect gameplay (aside from making it a bit harder to see Dipsy)
Hope this helps
Tbh, I’ve beat night 6 a couple times and only died once. To be fair, both times I felt like I was seconds away from getting roflstomped by Tinky, so I lucked out that the night ended in both occasions. The after-night mini game was actually harder for me to beat than the night itself. Took me like 10 tries before I found all the damn pieces. It was fun, though.
one question:
Why does every fnaf fangame dev insist on killing the poor phone guy?
I know right
The Noo-Noo plushie in the extras menu is so cute, I want him!
i remember when i had a massive fnaf phase as a child and the vacuum thing from this game scared me. really psyched to know that it hasn't been forgotten about
How tf do you die to a vacuum anyway
horay someone like me
It's great to see the game revived after 7 years ago.
i wonder what would the animatronics look like in act 3
You see, when you hear phone guy’s death, he might’ve gotten sucked to death by noonoo. And he was trying to escape noonoo. And the teletubbies prevented him from escaping. phone guy literally tried his best to tell Parker (the main protagonist) everything as silent as possible. But he was stopped by Noo Noo who LITERALLY SHREDDED HIM TO DEATH AND SUCKED ALL HIS BLOOD OUT.
PlainTrace: Tinky Winky hates high pitch sounds
Also PlainTrace: *Shines the light on him and it works*
Me: How does a light make noise through a camera?
The phone guy tells us that the flashlight makes a loud buzzing sound when turned on, so that's why you should turn on the flashlight in the room he's in.
The phone guy: (having the most epic and shocking death)
The phone guy in FNaF 1: (having the most saddest death)
Thank you SO much for making a video on this game. I feel this game is really underrated so the fact it gets some light is really great!
I meant she liked to camp outside doors when you were trying to avoid an animatronic, leaving you trapped in that room and dead if the other comes in
the RNG comes form a camrea malfunction it can stright up kill you when the carma near your door need a reboot and lala or po are near you
The game has so many striking similarities with other games related to FNaF. This is perfection.
16:40 That's not it, if you go to the secret office before leaving, you will get additional secret night and secret ending

Awesome video ! Definitely up for a an uncover of chapter 2 when it releases !
Tho regarding the difficulty, I don't know if this has something to do with the newest updates because back when I played it last year, I thought it was on a dark souls level. It's just that there is always something happening, you can't drop your attention down but if you manage to do things in a respective order, it's not that hard to survive and here, the dread factor is induced by the fact that you can't rest for 6 minutes, which is quite effecting regarding tension (besides it's a bit like fnaf 6 where you never really know when something will jumpscare you)
And btw, too bad that you didn't talked about night X because seriously, this is something else and most likely one of the greatest bonus night a fnaf fan game ever offered

at one point, you called Noo-noo, who you named correctly earlier, "the Vacuum" three times in a row before finally calling it by its name again.
Gives a bit of an embarrassed, *_"please_*_ don't make me say these names out loud"_ energy to the review.
You forget PTLD, the secret night, you collect all files in night 6 minigame and go to a room, so you unlock it
I remember Caddicarus describing the show as like a drug trip for those who weren't old enough to take it themselves.
It had to be ths sound design of those things that did it for me.
i love how in the office po has a missing face, foreshadowing that she's missing her eyes

so many cool fan made fnaf games to wait for
The ??? Animatronic is the phone guys corpse fitted to an endoskeleton
In the fnaf phone call with phone guy's death, we can just see him kinda struggling and then just dying
This time though we can actually hear that the employee is struggling for his life and the fact that noonoo just sucks his legs, dismembering them and then literally everyone holding him so that nono would just eat him completely is terrifying
In the minigame you can literally see how he died : he was crawling out, bleeding, and then tinky winky crawled to him, which you can actually HEAR in the voice call, and then grabbed him so that noonoo would literally eat him, it's really terrifying
I'd cry if I knew I was gonna die like that
