This was amazing! Jk and Jhope just out of quarantine. Jhope only arrived the day before from South Korea. J-Hope and JK had covid! Jin recovering from his surgery on his index finger.They did amazing! So proud of them. Also, although bummed they didnt win, but they have come a long way. They still have their Artist of the Year from AMAs. They have their sold out concerts in Vegas. They are winners in my eyes! 💜
it amazes me that Bighit can fix whatever issue they face and make it even better than we could have hoped for
Fun fact: they practised this performance with all 7 members for the first time in just 1 day and it was the day before grammys!! *The talentttttt.*
First part of the choreo was changed to only six of them dancing because of the injury of Jin. And still, they made it! absolutely mindblowing :) cheers from an Army in Vienna!
your fun fact is just fun without the fact. they practiced it for ONE MONTH in korea, jin even knows th e choreo bc he practiced it with them before he hurt his finger. what they meant with that was, after jin had surgery, hobi got covd, then jk... so they had to practice it with only 4 members and they only got together AGAIN 1 day before the grammys after jk got out of quarantine.

@@almostheavenwestvirginia hahaha nope friend! Jimin said they matched the grammys performance with all 7 of the members for the first time a day before the grammys. I mean consider it "fun" or "fact" but i just said what Jimin said!
@@almostheavenwestvirginia the start of the performance used the floor and the stage structure. We've seen on several behind the scenes videos about award shows and TV performances, they're used to have rehearsals on the venue and adapt the choreography to it. I'm guessing that for them, it felt like they only rehearsed "once" and that's that they meant
BTS does not need a Grammy, the Grammys need guys ... they used them for ratings, but they know what a great gift these 7 amazing people have here! They have a loving fandom, which money can never buy.👑
I totally agree. BTS do NOT need a Grammy, however, they do deserve it. Butter was the best Duo/Group Performance song of 2021 and should have been rightfully awarded to the fellas.
@@KingFamilyReacts ... Despite the loss, BTS will flex further with their 4 sold-out concerts coming soon right there in Vegas, roughly 200,000 tickets sold, at an average of $170 each ticket afaik, which roughly totals $34 million for their 4-day gross profits.
I totally agree. Grammys only used them for audience. The guys and ARMY know who the winners really are! On to Billboard who really appreciates them!
It’s been 1 year and I just wanted to come in and drop this little factoid in here, do with it what you will: BTS is solely responsible for contributing 0.5% of South Korea’s ENTIRE economy (due to uncountable reasons; concert tickets, charity donations, tourism, merchandise, product promotion, collaborations and the attention they can bring to any subject by it being in the background of a picture, careers their existence has created, record sales, social media income, etc.). They still should of gotten it, but to be honest a Grammy is loose change to them. These men have changed the world in a way no others have done in all of history. Grammys, you can keep that award. We have bigger and better things to attend to. 💅

Jin is still recovering from his dinger injury the reason why he can't really dance too much, maybe it's giving him pressure moving his arms too much. Good thing at leat he did dance in the end. It's such a great thing that jhope and jk recovered from covid on time! Yasss. Love them so much. Too bad they didnt win but i know thwy'll be trying and trying until they get what they deserve. I just gotta say I've just watched the Grammy performance of Butter and omg I loved the concept of them being being art (heart) thieves.
the dance break was just wowzer and amazing and jin did so well joining in on the last chorus eventho every tiny movement hurts his hand.
Also this performance to me must be my fav performance of Butter and I sure hope that their next comeback has a spy/art thieve type concept and this performance had me speechless and just amazed.
Also every member was amazing and totally wrecked me.

I saw when 3rd time watching.
i watch it 4 times,never saw it and then i saw a post about it and watch it again,just then,i saw it.
a lot of artists are robbed at the Grammys night (Lil Nas X, Taylor Swift, Selena, Halsey, and many more) but then again, just like what BTS has said, not winning the Grammys is simply not the end of everything, at the end of the day, if u win a Granny that's good, but that just means is u gained another trophy, then after that day, your daily routine continues on. We'll continue to work hard 'til BTS is so big that no one can ignore them even if they want to. All love (except for scammys/grannys however you want to call it,jk>_

The fact that they practiced this together the day before!! And they failed practicing twice out of three times but they nailed itttt during the show. Truly legends!
The fine paintings at the back changed to graffiti and their own photos from BTS Run and the Bon voyage series after they evaded all those security laser (supposedly they ran away with their loot)

So the laser scene is actually based on a similar scene from Ocean's Twelve as far as I can tell although I understand why people felt the James Bond vibe. Look up Ocean's Twelve Laser Dance and you'll see what I mean.
Thanks for a great reaction 💜 This was the best performance of the night. Jin is still recovering from emergency surgery on his hand and both Jk and J-Hope were out of Isola the day before and they only had 1 full rehearsal together. That is what you call talented and professional. 💜🤗🇺🇲💜

Nobody mentions the graphics in the background, as they arrive on the main stage the framed artwork begins to disappear (they have stolen it) at the 3/4 point of the performance all the framed art is gone and graffiti is being drawn across the walls as a "we've been here statement". Excellent. Jin was the member in the large control room at the beginning, he had recently had surgery on his finger 2 weeks before and couldn't do the complex dance moves, he joined in at the last. Also the card being thrown at the beginning was legit, V and Jungkook practiced that for a month of practice sessions. Jungkook had been released from CV quarantine 1 day before the Grammy's and the entire team only had 1 day together to practice on the Grammy's stage. J-hope had arrived in Vegas about 2 days before the Grammy's from Korea as he was also released from his CV quarantine on April 1. They did an outstanding job, true professionals in the light of adversity.

They were only able to practice all together 1 time
I just thank God that J-Hope recovered and was able to get to the US in time, and that Jungkook recovered in only 5 days and could make it as well. No clue how they would have done this with just 5 of them and Jin in control center due to recovering from surgery on his finger. They more than pulled it off! This performance blew me away! Their CEO from Big Hit (part of HYBE now) was there as well - we saw him entering the red carpet with them. OT7 = 007 now. :-) Anyway, loved the reaction. Olivia did great as well. I only saw bits of the other performances. Nothing against the winners in their category, but this should have been BTS' win, for sure!
Still trying to find out any significance to the graffiti left on the walls after the museum heist? Not many reactors, myself included, first realized that a heist at a museum was the theme. Anyone recognize any of the graffiti or pictures left behind?

Wow! They are amazing dancers. The song is so catchy and fun. As far as not talking about Bruno, I didn't know it was from a Disney movie. When I was scrolling through VoicePlay videos and saw "We Don't Talk About Bruno", I was like what's wrong with Bruno Mars? 🤣
I love that u love them but please do your homework before telling jin to get off his chair (which he did) and dance. He has not recovered from a recent surgery. Jk and JHOPE just came out of quarantine.
