All of this artwork was made by Disney legend Marc Davis. One day, he actually showed Walt Disney earlier concept art of the bears. Walt started to laugh at those silly bears that Marc drew. Walt and Marc walked out of the studio, to which Walt then said, “Goodbye, Marc.” Walt Disney would sadly pass away a few days later. Marc knew that would be his last time with Walt because Walt never said “goodbye”, and would often say “see you later.” Walt Disney did not get to see Walt Disney World and the Country Bear Jamboree open. This story will be remembered as ‘Walt’s Last Laugh.’ RIP Walt Disney. RIP Marc Davis.
