I can get it in and out having issues with it it opening right lol u need to make sure it is sealed and fully open so I'll be buying a different one I have a diva cup size 2 but feel it's a bit to big that's why it don't turn for me lol gonna get the ultucup meduim as it's for light to heavy flow lol I also have period underwear to u have to push down make sure u do that
