I would like to suggest you to use other tools like R or REvman or other to prepare forest chart and compute pooled prevalence.

This is for binary categorical variables. How we can calculate CI for multi-categorical variables?

Sorry for the late reply, In spss, there are no options available to use Goodman methods or other methods for estimatinng CI for proportion of multinominal variable. But it is possible with R. I will share you link and video to calculate CI for multinomal variable as soon as possible. Thank you!
