The reason why Obama has become somewhat of a meme in the SHINee fandom, is because he once mentioned SHINee in a speech on international cooperation (I think that was it). He said something along the lines of "Young people are learning Korean to keep up with the band SHINee. I also hear that SHINee are big fans of in-n-out burgers". You definitely need to know some more about Ten! I recommend reacting to his solo songs "Dream In A Dream" and "New Heroes" aaaand also there is this show called 'Hit The Stage' where Ten participated in a few times! Ten is one of my favorite NCT members. He's from Thailand and is a polyglot (whether by choice or not, he's great at learning languages quite quickly). He learned Korean to be a kpop idol but had to learn Chinese when he was moved to WayV. Also one of the best dancers in Kpop (check out his dance cover of Lovely with WinWin if you haven't). There's a lot more to him, so I suggest getting to know him a bit better over time :)
The fact that Kai got me in kpop and was my first bias and now Taeyong's my ultimate bias says that I fall for the biggest cuties and softies in the world 🥰

To answer your question about picking a bias in SuperM...I never followed any of the groups involved but after SuperM was born...I love them all. The members of SuperM as well as the members of their original groups. I think the new plan might just work wonders for Kpop!!!
No matter what sorting video it is, I knew the Baby don't stop duo would be on the two extreme ends on the spectrum. Taeyong would forever be lawful good and ten be chaotic evil.
Ben seriously you need to check more Ten's stuffs. Check his dancing stages in Mnet hit the stage, his rainbow project with WayV or just some cute random things about him. As a Shawol I gotta say I think Taemin fits a lot more as Chaotic Evil than Neutral Evil, so I kinda think both Taemin and Ten should have gotten that placement (because anyone who doesn’t place Taemin on the Chaotic line is just Wrong) but I think I agree with the rest of the placements! Baekhyun: my sister’s Exo bias
Taemin: my SHINee bias
Jongin/Kai: my Exo bias
Taeyong: my sister’s NCT127 bias
Ten: my NCT U bias (we have one per 4 subunits lol)
Therefore, Lucas is my SuperM bias and Mark is my sister’s. Everyone included lol.

Yes Obama knows about SHINee! In a speech he was talking about USA's friendship with SK, how he's grown to like kimchi and other foods from visiting so much, how americans are learning korean to keep up with SHINee and even mentioned that SHINee likes In-N-Out burgers. There's also an ICONIC clip of Minho from SHINee and the current first lady. She was at an event giving a speech to highschool girls, and Minho was standing next to her, the highschool girls noticed him, started freaking out telling their friends, the first lady thought they were freaking out about her, then one of them turned around realized she was next to the one and only Minho, and literally fell to the ground.
