  • During pregnancy the chest and shoulders may become tense and tight. As the belly and chest grow there is a natural rounding of the shoulders🤰. This rounding creates tension around the pec muscles as well as causing tightness in the shoulders and upper back. I've created a prenatal yoga sequence to help open the chest and shoulders, relieving discomfort in these areas🌸. Join me for this prenatal yoga practice to encourage movement and circulation in the upper body🧘🏻.
    Postures are suitable for all trimesters. Modify as needed. A folded blanket or throw pillow are optional props for this practice. Please consult with your care provider to assure exercise is appropriate for you at this time.
