In a recent town hall in Bengaluru Amar Shetye, the global operations
head of TCS's resource management group (RMG) (RMG is responsible
for allocating resources to projects, and in the event of a shortfall,
they fill those requirements through contractors.)
revealed that the company has 80,000 open positions
Shetye mentioned that there is a mismatch between the skills
possessed by employees and the roles in demand.

i got selected in TCS at june 22
They still generating the offer
in my current organization they they wont have provide PDF documents for reviced ctc they will send those information through to email.I said several times this reason but they didn't accepting.
To much complication from TCS to join

better avoid TCS for who has below 3 years experience or who working in the startup and like to move big mnc

Actually i have attend tcs and got selected but they ask previous employment reliving letter but i was serviced in 10day only but they asked the releiving letter mandatory which company gave letter 10days of employment

and main reason opening in TCS is , they asking to return office as mandatory with 9 hrs time coverage.. so no one willing to choose TCS
There is a demand on Data science job role if I learned basis skill if I apply for the job, they ask experience. I am fresher with non-IT Experience I tell. They just demand min two-year experience even in job description as fresher.
I got selected for TCS prime interview but interview was not as expected no DP just basic palindrome, eventually they gave digital, happened to many in my clg, so why would a person choose TCS if they have a better offer. Prime ku DP, graph lam ketangana a fresher who knows all this can easily get a better offer with even higher package
Bro, actually more than skill gap the job expectations has been unrealistic and not practical when it comes to hiring!
Nobody shocked, in fact for all the jobs there are plenty of people waiting. This is due to layoff and current economic situation, but TCS expect either fresher to fill those roles or experienced with much lesser salary. It's not worth even to discuss.
Bro many fake openings going arround, even I attended and cracked first round and getting the good feedback and interviewer itself confirm the second round will be conducted soon. But there is no further call and response from HR. Just to fill the interview slot and outsiders to assume there is a vacancy in the company, fake interview, job opportunity going arround bro..

as a person who have attended interview this is what i can say
from sastra, 170 students attended interview and all selected
from other college around 100 rejected and 10 selected
I have cleared tcs nqt free exam and shortlisted for digital interview(7lpa) and cleared technical hr and manegerial hr and qualified for final hr round too and got rejected
