Kapag magwowork ka po dito legally you really have to apply the working permit from the country of origin. Now yung mga tourist na nakakahanap ng work dito wala po silang legal documents kaya nagbibilang sila ng taon para magkaroon ng legal papers ang sahod naman dito depende kung sa malaking City or maliit na city pero mas malaki talaga ang sahod dito compare sa atin isipin mo nalang kung may 1k euro ko a month pag masipag ka mas malaki pa diyan kikitain mo.

as long as full course po ang kukunin ninyo at may tatanggap na University then you can apply a student visa may number of hours po yan na dapat macomplete nyo po for you to be able to get the student visa.

Go for it! btw about job there´s a lot kung gusto mo lang ng trabajo pero depende sayo po yan kung gagamitin mo ang pinag aaralan mo so that means you really have to look for that specific job because if you want to apply here in Spain as a highly qualified worker to get a visa you need to have a salary of 45k Euros per year and you will apply the visa from the country of origin.

I’m just curious… I understand that if you stay for 3 years illegally you will be granted amnesty per my friends at Phil Embassy in Madrid. However, my question is to work for 3 years you would need a contact or visa that employers will ask. Does this mean Spain allows work with no proper papers aside from blue collar jobs.

Hello po kung mapapasukan naman nasa tao po madami naman trabajo basta di lang mapili pero ang problema kung tourist visa lang liban nalang kung may willing na employer na tulungan po kayo na magkaroon ng work permit para magkaroon po kayo ng legal documents para pwede po kayo mag apply ng residency.
May mga napansin ako na hindi accurate sa sinabi ni vlogger. Actually, for Filipino citizens and other former Spanish colonies, you only need 2 years of legal stay (excluding your stay as a student) to be able to apply for a citizenship. 🙂

Once you have the residency you have your NIE (Foreigner Identity Number) yan po ang need para makapagtrabaho po kayo at kapag may legal contract ka na po automatic na meron ka nang social security po dito sa Spain. You have healthcare and SSS. About naman po sa hinuhulugan mo na bahay Oo naman po ako hanggang ngayon nagbabayad parin ng aking housing loan sa Pinas pwede ka naman magbayad kahit saang sulok ng mundo man tayo mapadpad. Hello po, confirm ko lang po yung statement nyo from 5:10 to 6:20 - if PR po, a student would technically need a longer time to claim for PR. However for nationality/citizenship, a Filipino student would only need 4 years because the student visa would only account for 50% of the whole stay. Correct po ba yung understanding ko? If this is the case, can a Filipino student apply straight for nationality after 4years as part of the 2-year legal residency requirement and not the PR na po? Also I have heard of the 12-month Job Seeker Visa after studying, would this be counted for the 2-year legal residence requirement or not po? Sorry po, ang daming questions 🙂
Sorry for the late reply got so busy remember that student visa this is not a regular residence permit. The student visa is just an authorization to live in Spain while you study. That is why, when for example counting the years you need in order to get the permanent residency or the Spanish nationality, the years lived under the student visa just count half. However, you need a resident card so for example after your schooling; you get a job contract here in Spain then probably you can file for a resident card then if you have the residence permit then that´s the time time you can apply for the Citizenship.

Just reserve a roundtrip ticket while you are applying the petition once you have the visa that´s the time that you´re going to pay the ticket. Para hindi po masayang ang pera kunsakali na di maaapprove.

Once nakapagtravel ka na po sa ibang bansa mas madali po ma approve ang schengen visa. In my case my first application was denied then i travelled to Singapore and I´d got the visa.

So far medyo okay na po kami dito sa ngayon bukas na halos ang mga establishments about quarantine kapag galing lang kasi sa Europe na country no need na swab test and quarantine papalita lang po yung vaccine card po. Well when I went back to Philippines 2018 I don’t have any requirements when I traveled back to Spain.

Go for it! btw about job there´s a lot kung gusto mo lang ng trabajo pero depende sayo po yan kung gagamitin mo ang pinag aaralan mo so that means you really have to look for that specific job because if you want to apply here in Spain as a highly qualified worker to get a visa you need to have a salary of 45k Euros per year and you will apply the visa from the country of origin.

Regular work permit, which must be applied from your country of origin. It will be your employer, from Spain, the one who has to request for you the residence permit.
Tho the´re a lot of Filipinos here in Spain who waited years just for them to get the RP.

Of course it’s possible as long as you’re leaving here in Spain legally for two years then you can apply for the Spanish citizenship.

Hello po kung mapapasukan naman nasa tao po madami naman trabajo basta di lang mapili pero ang problema kung tourist visa lang liban nalang kung may willing na employer na tulungan po kayo na magkaroon ng work permit para magkaroon po kayo ng legal documents para pwede po kayo mag apply ng residency.

May mga napansin ako na hindi accurate sa sinabi ni vlogger. Actually, for Filipino citizens and other former Spanish colonies, you only need 2 years of legal stay (excluding your stay as a student) to be able to apply for a citizenship. 🙂

Once you have the residency you have your NIE (Foreigner Identity Number) yan po ang need para makapagtrabaho po kayo at kapag may legal contract ka na po automatic na meron ka nang social security po dito sa Spain. You have healthcare and SSS. About naman po sa hinuhulugan mo na bahay Oo naman po ako hanggang ngayon nagbabayad parin ng aking housing loan sa Pinas pwede ka naman magbayad kahit saang sulok ng mundo man tayo mapadpad. Hello po, confirm ko lang po yung statement nyo from 5:10 to 6:20 - if PR po, a student would technically need a longer time to claim for PR. However for nationality/citizenship, a Filipino student would only need 4 years because the student visa would only account for 50% of the whole stay. Correct po ba yung understanding ko? If this is the case, can a Filipino student apply straight for nationality after 4years as part of the 2-year legal residency requirement and not the PR na po? Also I have heard of the 12-month Job Seeker Visa after studying, would this be counted for the 2-year legal residence requirement or not po? Sorry po, ang daming questions 🙂
Sorry for the late reply got so busy remember that student visa this is not a regular residence permit. The student visa is just an authorization to live in Spain while you study.
That is why, when for example counting the years you need in order to get the permanent residency or the Spanish nationality, the years lived under the student visa just count half.
However, you need a resident card so for example after your schooling; you get a job contract here in Spain then probably you can file for a resident card then if you have the residence permit then that´s the time time you can apply for the Citizenship.

Just reserve a roundtrip ticket while you are applying the petition once you have the visa that´s the time that you´re going to pay the ticket. Para hindi po masayang ang pera kunsakali na di maaapprove.

Hi po, papasok po ako jan sa Spain as tourist. Madali po ba makahanap Ng job example admin or other office work para Hindi na po babalik ulit sa Singapore dito po ako kasi nag wo work. Kapag makahanap ako Ng work jan ang anak ko po 7 yrs old lebre po ba ang school fees niya?

Since you’re husband is living in Spain legally then maybe after getting married you can fix your status.

Ano po ba mga kailangan para sa tourist visa,para ma approved
Once nakapagtravel ka na po sa ibang bansa mas madali po ma approve ang schengen visa. In my case my first application was denied then i travelled to Singapore and I´d got the visa.
