Be ready! Errol Fabien at TEDxYouth@QueensParkSavannah

Errol Fabien was born in Gonzales village, Guapo, in 1960 to Gloria and Andrew Fabien; he was one of nine children. Errol attended Naparima College, where he discovered his passion for acting. For the past 25 years, Errol has been involved in many aspects of the performing arts. In February 2004 he teamed up with Banyan Ltd and started Trinidad's first Community Television Station, "Gayelle the Channel". Errol is also a recovering drug addict, who embraced recovery in March 1988 and has since remained completely drugfree. Errol is the father of seven children and maintains that no matter what fame or possible fortune life may bring, his family will always be at the top of his 'To-Do List'.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
