‘500$ is way too low. How about 600$?’
Elite negotiator here.
He's no Joe Pesci
This guy negotiates million dollar deals in his sleep
Hahahaahaa
600 was wayyyyy too much! lol.
Speech level 100
'I want a million dollars for it'
'I am more in the 5$ range"
"How about 6$?"
"hmm ok deal"
Lol Corey kept his cool after roping the old guy to say $600.
No the old guy did that to himself, but Corey should of gave him at 1k
i wouldve thought he would go 1000 on it
Exactly
mam362 STOP
I bet that’s what Big Hoss was thinking
Right!
@Robert Phipps And you'd have been screwed. It's not what they think it is. $250 at the most.
Corey just seems like he hates every aspect about communication and life
UGGGHHHH HUUUUUU UGGHH
James Dixon he’s an antisocial sociopath
I think that’s just a bartering/negotiating technique like his dad. You gotta express concern and they both be like “ughhhhh i just can’t do that”
@@XDiZzYX911 I think everyone is, everyone wears a mask to hide it some people simply aren't very good at hiding it so we call them out.
“ you brought it down here I’ll give you 600 “ 🤣
And I’m wondering why I’m giving you a reply
THIS IS THE FINEST EXAMPLE WHY POOR STAYS POOR AND RICH GETS RICHER.
Computers ri
yeah, the owner could have had it restored and sold it himself, or even done the restoration himself....
@@nothankyou5524 not everyone has money and time. That's why they visit pawnshops.
Trump doling out Socialism for the rich didnt hurt either!
Donnie- get some help with that tds. It's a killer
Corey really wants to be on Sons of Anarchy.
I agree. he also is condisending and entitled and seemingly, a bit rude with his comments. this is common among 2nd and 3rd generation buisness owners.
@@kentgwyn3230 Your're so right!
Scott Heslin 😐your not funny
Scott Heslin he has dropped like 100 lbs?
@@reaper2115 go to the safe space, dear
That old man was defeated so easy, he could've got a thousand easy with another minutes worth of negotiating!
If Corey's dad didn't own a pawn shop, he'd be working at your local gas station.
100 %
For a month or two, until he got fired.
He'd be the lazy snobby dude at the ⛽️
Yall not playing tho
Cold
That's probably the worst negotiator I've ever seen in this show after that Jean Michel Basquiat guy.
Well, one guy does this for a living while the other does not.
@@draksig12 a little common sense goes a long way.
Corey just robbed that man and we all just watched. Lmao
he winds up for the handshake... AND ITS GOOD!
Has a brown seat, must have belonged to Mr. Brown. And that means, he rode it famously.
I was going to make a comment about Mr. Brown how and everyone got along famously with him. Late again.
That meme died years ago bunch of normies
Sounds so fun.
Worst negotiation ever.
Lol I agree
Yeah Corey is a POS cheapass
Yea, Corey is a pos.
I agree Corey slammed it deep inside that old man 😂😂
Yeah he would of done 1000
In 1813 he took a little trip down the Hudson River to the mighty Mississip
Awesome bike. Was fun to watch. Great video
He deserved at least 1000, took advantage again
Lol true...
It’s a pawn shop.. you want retail? Don’t go to a pawn shop.
@@omarcervantes7756( says the pawn shop owner) they said retail was 4000 after 1700 of work means as is it is worth 2300 as it sits...RETAIL. He deserved 1000 at least.
When he says (my man) you better look out.
Restored that will look beautiful
back in the 70's we put cards in our spokes, wonder how many rookie cards i destroyed....lol
They lowballed that poor old man so bad sadly it’s his own fault for taking just any offer
That's a pretty amazing machine. It'll be really cool when it gets restored.
The guy just didn't care, cause it couldn't have been Cory's negotiating skills! 😆😉
The old boy made a ton of money on that deal, the shop got screwed.
And that stupid hand shake where he raises his arm and turns it. I can't stand it!
The shape of that pushbike sort of looks like the old WW2 Harleys, at a glance I mean. It's tougher than something like a Schwinn basically, very cool old bike.
3:56 that breaks my heart :(
Amazing bike.
2500 to 500? then 600?
he should have just given the bike for free
lol
Would not have even considered 1 penny less than $1,000
I am a motorized bicycle builder and rider. Buy a kit and build one. Life is good a 25mph.
silverpairaducks I would be embarrassed driving one of those around lol
@@jacobferdinand6469 I rode a regular bicycle to work, for two of my jobs. I never once felt ashamed. Don't let how others think of you control your life.
Feel bad for the old man!!!
Pawn star is back
What in the world is this?
It's a Shelby Bicycle.
Cool bike
This fixer-up guy is passionate af
I have collected and sold many bikes. That's a $3000 piece as is. Take it to NewPort beach calif. and get more than that.
@0:57 you can see the tag from where they already bought it spoiler!
@M M I know. I'm saying they put in a spoiler
maybe its from the flea market?
Mr brown and rick got along famously
Poor guy probably got home and thought "man why did I just ask for 600?"
My man.
Shewby bahhcycuh.
I love southern accents.
that guy was a legend
Big Hoss has come a long way since season 1. Impressed with that deal. I'm sure he would have agreed with a bit higher price though.
My heart broke man...
They should do Updates on things like this if they restored it.
The rust thats what makes the bike worth looking at no one says wow look at that beautiful bike.
i am not from indiana ,but some people have wondered if i was james dean when i was a little boy, the film and television history museum has fingerprints of many celebrities and historic information
This something my great grandparents owned
He could have gotten atleast 850 if he knew how to haggle
I want to see it restored
Good job Corey
*Rick fuels his car up $100 worth of gas*
Gas station: that’s $100 thanks
Rick: come on, best I can do is $50 I’m taking a risk
Gas station: WTF?
Rick: let me call my buddy over
Rebecca: hey Rick!
Rick: hey Rebecca!, I was wondering if you could help with the rule book to these guys.
Rebecca: Well it’s definitely something that is important to the market so asking $50 is more than a fair offer.
Rick : your the best!
Rebecca Leaves
Gas Station : You serious?!
This is the best one 🤣
loooooll
Nikita
Lmao! Good one!
Lmao
WAT
he went instantly to 600 - should have gotten atleast 1500 id say
I went to the pawn shop once! They wanted to give me 25 percent of the value, then I tried to buy something and they wanted retail I was like I'm out lol
“That’s the best I can do”
im from shelby and anyone in shelby woulda gave you way more!!!
I want to see it restored!
Corey: We've got some condition issues, the rust, the motor, it's just old.
Old Man: Well, the bike still runs.
Corey: I wasn't talking about the bike.
My guy Gary yahearrrd!
Corey rode a bicycle😂😂😂
Corey seen this guy coming down the street...lol...😂😞😢😭
He’d been better restoring it and selling at an auction for $5000 totally restored and perfect condition
Cool😊☃
I've learned how to negotiate
Old guy can't negotiate
When they say they're walking out richer. I'm wondering how much these people paid for these items before they brought them to the shop.
Don’t worry old man. The Pez community has your back 👊
You can see the Pawn Shop store tag on the bike and then it’s gone in the next scene
That bike was built in my home town
The man sounds like someone from a cowboy film
I would have loaded it up, dropped it off with the expert, and sold it for 4k. Net=2300
This reminds me of the time me and Mr.Brown got along famously.
Mike Wolf of American Pickers would of given him $1,000,he knew bikes especially rare ones!
some people wonder what movie roles and musical character and artists i have been in hollywood history
600$ and a reach-around style handshake? DEAL!☺
the same guy was selling a corn chucker a few seasons ago
Corey hey go write it up, I need a drink
Corey done his homework before the video
He stole it for that price..
We all know rule #1 of negotiation is do not drop from 2500 to 600. If he asked 2000, maybe corey says 600, if he says 1500 maybe corey says 650, etc maybe get an extra 2-300 bucks out of it.
Cory is a tougher negotiator than his old man. Rick would have given him 1k for it.
0:52 These days we have a warranty but back in the day, they received a tool bag/box.
ol boy looks good.
Rick Dale from American Restoration would have wanted $7000 to restore it.
Restore her?
Just leave her the way it is!
Would of like to have seen it restored
Let’s not forget the fact that mr brown and this bike got a long famously
I think Mr Brown is drinking Dos Equis, in a cave, with monkeys right now!
I'm always noticed something when someone brings something into the pawn shop they asked them first how much they want then they say they're going to call an expert in to look at it and I think when they call the expert in and tell them how much they want to get out of it so they can give them a lower price then offer them a lot less than they really want for their item
$1700 to restore it. $600 he sold it for. Expert said its $4000. Pawn stars rip people off.
They provide a service. Don't use it if you don't like their terms.
Well dude he’s not getting 4K for it he’s probably gonna end up spending a little over 2k for it he will probably take the first 3k that walks in. With overhead and the cost of business these days he will be lucky if he made 500 bucks so eat that
Michael Hanna u must work there....
No one. I didn't use it sukka!!
Alex Cortez no I just own a business lol 😂
The ?"expert " didn't mention those didn't come with a flat blade screw for the pull handle . it came with rivets
Rick be like:
*"H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H"*
I am very interested in the review of the nos moped video, nice to meet you, from Bromfiet Indonesia
This man has a lot to learn
My old Sears 10 foot aluminum boat has that same motor. The boat title says it's a 1957.
I hope they give the old man 1k
I built one before there fun af to ride
Man, his way of shaking hand never fails to irritate me.....
Where is the restored version?
Poor guy 😔😢
