Do you know in which direction the energy is being used? Or does it require energy through either ADP or ATP to go both ways?
Hi @RockySmithsen! Thank you for your question! This process technically involves the hydrolysis/or breakdown of starting with ATP and then being broken down into ADP and Phosphate. Is that what you mean by the direction in which the energy is being used?
