I love your videos! They are so helpful ❤️ Could you possibly show some facial massage techniques that help prevent forehead-wrinkles? That would be amazing! 😊

Thank you, i'm happy you give attention to problems like skin reaction due to massage : About acne, bad acne, a lot of pimples following several massages, what is possible ? I loved doing massage watching your videos but I have to stop for to recover about this uncommon acne and i'm quite sure it wasn't about oil I have used... I don't know what do to for it doesn't happen anymore. I have a thin, dehydrated skin, and rosacea (couperos in french) AND melasma... But I also have bad skin reaction to foods like gluten, milk, so I don't eat these...

Sometimes its a food allergy, ive recently developed a severe nut allergy, and cant use anything that has vitamin e, because it is often made from almonds. Cant injest or put on my skin, very frustrating. Nice video By tbe way!

Thanks a lot for your helpful videos. Please, what do you think about aha (Neostrata) cream? I use it and I think it helps my skin (I'm 58) to react against spots and lines.
Do you think retinol could work better (Airol for example) ?
    Thanks again 💖

I have had a massive reaction to something but I don’t know what. I stripped back to Cera Ve cleanser and Dr Sam Bunting moisturiser and SPF but it is worse. A red rash over my mouth, nostrils and around my eyes. The doctor prescribed Protopic cream which didn’t work. I am now using prescription Metronedazole cream and have been told it’s acne rosacea but I don’t know what skincare to use any more..... any advice would be much appreciated.... I have used Elemis for years but darent go back to it

Hi Claire, thank you for sharing.
From personal experience some prescribed creams if they are the wrong type of texture can make a reaction worse, I had that exact response, you could ask to try something else. I found the best result when its a particularly bad reaction is the oral steroid medication for a few days with no topical.
I would suggest it might be worth investing in a proper skin allergy test, there is a dermatologist in London called Dr Ian white I would recommend having a look at.

It might very well be rosacea but it could be other things as well which it sounds like will need some getting to the bottom of, it could be a simple ingredient found in lots of skincare that make it flare
Skincare have a look at Dermaviduals and Cosmedix xx

Thank you so much for the video. I've used cerave hydrating cleanser for a couple years now, so gentle and effective. I'd also love some more info about the brand Cosmedix. I know it's an American (?) brand focusing on scientific research and natural ingredients. However there doesn't seem to be many reviews/recommendations on their products. Particularly interested in their Affirm, Cell ID, Simply Brilliant and retinol serums. Many thanks
