My cat will open under sink cabinet doors, bathroom cabinet doors especially when I am away.

My car accepts if I go out in the morning, if I have a 'successful hunt' for a gravy wet canned cat food treat. This cat naps all afternoon, if I go to the grocery store in the afternoon he is genuinely amazed if I have found that treat. How did that happen? It is a mystery.
He accepts the closed exterior doors in daytime if I am going out with the car to 'hunt' other than that he cries plaintively if I am in the recliner and the exterior door near is closed.
He has learned to accept the side door closed parttime in the daytime because neighborhood cats come inside the house to eat his food.
The 'hunt' is in the morning not in the afternoon, human.
I think he figured it out because now he asks for a treat in the afternoon.🤔
Maybe I should go back to the morning game because he likes routine more than almost anything, although he enjoys when we are both outside in the yard when I am doing a little work in the yard as appreciated special time together.
Otherwise, it is the lap for a late morning nap before the much longer afternoon nap and the nighttime cuddle nap: cats sleep a lot.
He does wait patiently by the bathroom door while I am in the bathroom, and when I am not he inspects everything in the bathroom. He wants to find out what that room is about?
He does accept my closing up the house for the night, exterior doors closed and all windows closed.
Now my cats are no longer kittens they have started to be curious of where Mommy goes to, and I started with the hot weather to peg the door to they room open the youngest baby took 2 weeks to learn how to open the pegged door and another week before the others learnt to help her so they could get out too though I closed off the upstairs to them(as I'm decorating the rest of the house) they managed, after 10 weeks to get behind the board that was covering the stairs the other night and 3 out of the 4 came downstairs to find Mommy when I switched the light on, on the stairs the to older ones went running back upstairs to they room but the little baby rolled over to look as cute as she could hoping Mommy wasn't going to lose her temper with her!! It didn't wash with Mommy she got the bad pussy voice and a total talk to the hand cos Mommy ain't listening act!! After 5 mins she came up on my lap and gave Mommy a head bump and a big nose kiss and then sat on my lap giving me lots of love blinks to say sorry and Mommy gave in!! 😹😹😻😻😻😻
My kitty follows me everywhere even into the bathroom. The only time he leaves me alone is when he's sleeping. I've just come to except it.
