Great idea with the silt screen around the fencing! I can’t tell you the number of times that dirt has ended up in the street, sidewalk, neighbor’s yards because someone is too lazy/cheap to buy some silt screen and put it up along a construction project! Common courtesy!
Great video Matt. Your job site is your greatest marketing tool. Shows your professionalism in action.
Could you tell me what are the 'wind scoops' or turbines on the flat roof behind achieving? Or, what are they exactly? Wanting to know whether I can get that product in Australia and use in a thermal chimney. Love your channel. Thanks
Awesome much better then what we do. Great Ideals Matt it would be cool to work for a professional company like yours.
I wish...
Hey Matt, we really love your videos, very helpful. Question on the site built dumpsters, how do you empty them once a week? Who does that work for you? We do have a company dump trailer and too many dumpster swaps has tended to eat into our "general" budget line... Thanks!
there should be a large bin on site that is rented from a garbage company. They will dump and replace this once a week (or however often is needed)
you empty the garbage from the smaller self built bins into this large bin.
any chance we can get a link or info on the signs?
Job site setting up prior to construction
Good information. Where can one obtain the Glass on the walls directly behind you?
Rik Holliday Those are windows our company built on the job site. Stay tuned for a future video on those! Matt

:-D What you are telling here is standard by law in Germany :-D Poor america ...
It is not always better to have the heavy hand of the government on your shoulder making sure you use an approved paper based biodegradable material every time you blow your nose.
its standard in America too, by law. cept' this guy must only do high end building, this would raise the cost by 40 to 80 thousand. being so strict and demanding would also increase the subcontractors bid prices.
